Pros:

The room was very clean and all the amenities were provided.
Heater worked very well and the staff was also cooperative. They cleaned our room everyday without the need to tell them.
Bedsheets were changed everyday, towels cleaned and even the bed was very cosy.

I would not stay there again.
Cons:

The ad did not advise the bedroom was on the main floor, right next door to reception, with noise from the street or other guests. The room smelled of cigarettes, and the extra lock to the door was broken. Reception lacked friendlyness.

A very good facility for people who want to travel at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee and tea are available, and the room is cleaned frequently. proximity to the metro station and numerous grocery stores in the area

Cons:

Proximity to a busy road and a fire station. Cigarette smoke is often noticeable in the building.
