Pros:

We’re here from July 30 - Aug. 01 for my son’s wedding photograph. The room (404) is very decent and clean. Parking spot behind the building is limited, but is ok

OK hotel a little pricey but overall ok for like one night…
Pros:

The hotel is pretty decent, I guess a little pricey especially during the weekend. the bed was comfortable, Also the front desk attendant let me check in early and waived the fee to check in, so that was nice.

Cons:

the neighborhood is very sketchy, also the people that were coming in and out of the hotel were sketchy and strange looking characters in the lobby…

Parking was available

Cons:

Someone opened and banged into my room at 7am and only responded after we screamed. She said she was here for checkout despite being on the first night of a 2 day stay and then shouted wrong room when we said we were not checking out.
Also someone was harassing us in the lobby asking if we wanted cocaine
The advertised breakfast was non existent

Peaceful and quiet.
Pros:

Privately owned in a relaxed chill neighborhood on Queens Plaza. Pretty much a small little nook away from the city and busy areas. All the workers there were respectful and professional when dealing with me.

Cons:

The property had minor maintenance problems, like little cracks in the bathroom or small fixtures missing in places. Nothing too crazy.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this hotel. I wanted to leave the first night but booking already charged my card for the 7 nights.
1) First I stated on Booking.com that I would pay at the location but booking charged my card without my consent for the 7 nights.
I wanted to talk to a booking representative but no phone number.

2) guest next to my room had very loud noise and the Queen Hotel attendant called and came in person yo stop the disruption. It continued the second day.

3) On July 9, 2026 the other guest next to me had a meeting at around 1am and were smoking. This hotel is non smoking. I informed the attendant and he came to the room to let them know no smoking in yhis hotel.

4) I have noticed on the 4th night that my hair was on the linens on the bed. I called the hotel attendant and they said that the linens will not be changed unless requested. I immediately requested to be changed every day. I was astonished of this and it is hot outside.
