The staff was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful! Loved the fact that the price included 2 meals - breakfast and dinner - along with a free drink if wanted. Very clean and spacious!
I honestly don't have anything to complain about. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful.

Grate location !A+++
I love everything about this hotel. The location was great, staff was friendly, food was amazing and there is even a complimentary happy hour every day between 5 pm and 7 pm. I would for sure stay here again.
There was a $50 deposit for incidentals, which I totally understand, most places have this., but I was told I would get refunded at checkout. I checked out 4 days ago and I am still waiting.
Hello. I never write reviews - waste of time. Not in this case. It felt like family from the moment my son and I checked in. We were visiting Marquette for a college tour. This was our 4th one in 5 weeks, so we have been in a lot of hotels recently. This was a completely original and unique experience and a charming property.
We arrived at 6:30 AM in Chicago on a red eye from Seattle with limited sleep. Struggled to drive to The Drury and arrived around 9:00. We were greeted by a very friendly Maxwell, who after his shift was off to a road trip doing an interesting challenge course race with some friends. Soyi checked us in, stored our bags, and led us to breakfast. Compliments here, as well. Not your run of the mill powdered eggs and stale cereal, but actual eggs being cooked with peppers behind us, great sausage, and a waffle maker. What? Dad and 16 year old son were happy to get a home-cooked meal before heading out the door for 5 hours at Marquette. It was a long day.
We came back to new staff that were just as friendly as the others, Brittany and Ken. We then find out you have dinner and drinks, as well as $5 deserts? He loved that. Who does this? And, why aren't your hotels everywhere? I own a lot of businesses, and if hotels was my game, Drury would be my name. The Team told me it was family owned, just like we are, and now it makes all the sense in the world.
Keep doing what you're doing and the way you are doing it for as long as you can because you are doing it remarkably well.
Cheers,
Mateo M
I enjoyed my two-day stay and have no complaints. All the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, very spacious, and well furnished. The bed and desk were comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for charging via AC and USB. The bathroom was nice, spacious, and had a really good shower. There was a beautiful view of the city from the 7th floor. The vibe of Drury was definitely more "leisure" than the hotel I stayed at during the first leg of my Milwaukee visit. Drury seemed to have a lot of families and tourists, while the other hotel seemed to be mostly business travelers (including myself). The breakfast was very good, but even better was the evening "kickback" which is provided to guests from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Here they serve basics like hot dogs and pulled pork in the buffet area, with the items varying by day. It could be dinner, especially if you don't feel like going out to a restaurant. They also provide up to three drinks per guest, including wine and local beer. The kickback was very popular and it got pretty crowded down there. The location of the hotel is excellent - it's right on the River Walk and there are bus stops right outside for the airport and other parts of the city. There is a gym and a pool on the ground floor, but I didn't get a chance to try them. I stayed in another Drury in St Louis a few years back and had a similarly positive experience there.
Wonderful!!! We really loved how loving and welcoming everyone was to our dog!! That means so much to us!!
