Grand Hyatt Denver

Definitely a poor hotel. The staff were amazing, but everything else was a mess. Super hard beds (although wen I called down to he front desk they were able to assist with a gel topper), tiny tub and no hot tub at the pool, no room service, and no good restaurant. The bar closed down each night at 11. Things were not super clean, and I saw flickering lights and the elevator was pretty jerky. It just seems like there is not enough investment into what should be considered a luxury hotel. Great downtown location though. Very central.

The staff was amazing! So kind and helpful in every single department. The valet supervisor Malek did over and beyond his job ever day!

Hotel was okay, wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. There is no hot tub, the pool closes too early, my room smelled like mildew, and the air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. The breakfast buffet they offer is $28, which I think is a little pricey. The market was nice, but it would be better if it had more sugar-free red bull options

Nice rooms and everything was very clean and in good condition. The beds were a little hard for my taste. We asked to change to a room with two beds and we were warned about our new room being next to the elevators. I thought that would have been from people talking while waiting for the elevators and getting on and off, but the noise was from the *operation* of the elevators. There was a consistent "whooshing" noise from those, but it reminded us of the Wyoming wind, so it was no big deal for us. Pleasant and helpful staff all around. Excellent food and beverage at the catered events of the conference I attended, and everything seemed to be ready on time every time. Some of the breakout session rooms were a little cramped and did not have tables for a laptop or to easily take notes, but the breakout sessions were only for an hour and it was hard to predict which sessions would be more popular with our group of 500+. Overall, a terrific conference and four-day stay experience.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. At check-in we were granted room upgrade (to higher floor), 2pm late checkout and free parking (Denver Rockies Game Day benefit).
World Cup final game started at 1pm on our last day do staff extended our late checkout until 3pm. Awesome customer service!!!

Great place to stay. Very spacious. Clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food at the Courier was yummy.

Hair on counter and sink in the bathroom when we arrived. No robe, extra pillows or blankets in room, although I could have purchased a robe or lotion if desired. It did have a coffee pot, iron and ironing board. Staff was overall friendly and housekeeping was communicative and helpful. Bed was comfortable, room temperature was fine, but room had a lot of street noise. Conference room facilities were fine, as was the food that was provided.

Overall, I would attend another conference here, the location was good, but I would know what to expect.

Downtown Denver Grand Hyatt was wonderful, mini market and staff were so lovely and helpful, rooms were great, quiet and clean, housekeeping has expert sheet tuck skills. I really liked the auto lights throughout the room to assist when it’s dark.

The valets really stood out, all were so friendly and helpful and sweet. Matt was especially helpful with finding us the best little hike to try out, and it was everything he said it would be. 5 stars Matt!

Clean hotel. Minimal fragrance use. Great hotel shop for coffee and snacks. Everyone was so friendly! All of the valet, the young people at the coffee shop, the front desk. Easy location to all the local attractions.
I must mention Matt, valet extraordinaire! He took the time to ask our plans as he brought our car. He made the best recommendation for our day plans. We took his advice and it turned out to be the best day of our trip. I fell after my suitcase wheel got hung up coming out of the elevator, and he ran to help me.
All of the valet team is so friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. My room was kept so clean and the bed made so tight and crisp!
The conference center was clean and easy.

I went to LitRPG con and stayed here, it was a great hotel! And j would recommend anyone come to this hotel next year it was so convenient

The service was excellent. Right from the valet to check-in to the restaurant staff, everybody were so warm and welcoming. We had a guest of honor applied to our stay. We got valet parking, upgraded to an executive room with 2 bathrooms and excellent customer service throughout. The staff at the buffet breakfast were great. Especially, Donald and Edith. Donald took special care to make us our Latte with extra care. Edith was very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location. Hyatt brand is our home away from home. We loved our stay!

I was really excited to stay at the hotel, however that quickly faded. We checked in at night and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. The customer service was terrible! After standing at the register for 15 minutes getting completely ignored by staff walking by. I finally asked the bartender if she could take my order and she said she could if I walked around the bar. The girl working the register in the cafe walked away and didn’t come back. This may sound petty but if you see someone standing, waiting for service simply say “I can help you over here.” Not make eye contact and completely ignore my existence. I ordered truffle fries and water. It was $21! I actually counted my fries, I had 26 shoestring French fries!! When I got them they were cold. So, I went back to the bar and told Valerii (very unpleasant) that they were cold. She told me they couldn’t be they were just fried. I literally took a fry out the container so she could feel it, I guess so she couldn’t take my word for it. She then apologized and she did offer to remake them but with her unfriendly behavior and my overall first experience I declined.

I enjoyed the Grand Hyatt Denver because the staff were professional and pleasant. The building was clean. I would go back to stay when visiting in the future.

This hotel was excellent, and I have been a lot of places. From the front desk to the housekeeping and food service, I was very impressed. The whole hotel was clean and the staff friendly, and if I were to come back to Denver, this is where I would stay.

Great location and awesome lobby with comfy seats and Giant wall screen for late night games and hanging out. Pleasant and helpful staff willing to help with anything from hailing taxis to grabbing us bananas!
