Great stay. Great room. Great valet service!
Great first impression. Valet (Matt and Hanner) were very welcoming and helpful. Quick check in and clean room
Noise level was not great during the night but, no fault of the hotel. I believe it was a homeless person outside our windows. Everything else was lovely, we started a tour with Collette at this location.
Enjoyed my stay at a business conference. Hotel was nice and clean and centrally located. Allowed for early check in as we arrived earlier in the day.
This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. Stay is great and quick to respond to any needs. I will be looking to stay here again.
Me and my husband had a staycation at the Grand Hyatt and everything from the rooftop tennis court and the Mother’s Day brunch was just perfect. Josh our valet made coming and going so fast and easy 10/10 recommend.
Marcus was the best!!! He was such a polite and accommodating concierge!
Marcus at guest services was so helpful. I have never used Uber before and he helped me get it all set up. I am older and he was so kind and patience. And so friendly and kind and never made me feel stupid. Thanks Marcus you are great at your job
To quote a review I saw for another hotel. This old gal is getting up there in years. The room was in very poor condition.Stains on the walls holes in the furniture, a broken door. Also, we had booked a corner room, but apparently that doesn’t mean you’re actually inthe corner of the building just in the corner of the hallway. All in all I would just stay at the regular Hyatt downtown and I would avoid the grand Hyatt.
The Grand Hyatt Denver offers good accommodation with friendly and helpful customer service.
During my stay I slept well in a spacious and clean room. Beds were comfortable and I found the hotel to have low noise levels so sleep wasn’t disturbed.
Although a small breakfast buffet, it was complete with everything you could want. I thought finding a table at busy periods might be difficult but I had no issues at all. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I did think the price of breakfast was quite expensive though so would suggest you get it included in your room rate if you can.
The bar offers a good selection of drinks and are good value. There is a good atmosphere in the evenings too.
The location of the hotel seemed pretty good and had a good selection of nearby bars and restaurants. It’s well located for the congress centre and theatre if you’re visiting those
This is a beautifully modern hotel with everything you need for a business trip. Large rooms with comfortable beds and linens, working desk and lounging chair. Onsite fitness center on the 4th floor and an outdoor track and tennis courts. The restaurant is convenient and delicious and the location is a short walk to the Colorado Convention Center. Staff were pleasant and the check-in was quick. I'll definitely return!
Josh and brendan are great thanks
We love staying at the Grand Hyatt Denver when catching a show at the Paramount! It's an easy walk to the the theater and the 16th Street Mall. The bar and service staff are always friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff
Confusion about the hold on debit card. More was held than amount expected

Always a nice stay at one of the larger hotels in town. Can it use a little.tlc sure. Is staff wonderful yes.
Breakfast is buffet and good enough..coffee and juice included which is nice.
Rented a king room and the bed was sunken in on both side, the comforter was grey not white and the pillows smelled like smoke. I won’t be staying her in the future.
This was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had- everything was excellent! The staff, food, property condition, and amenities were all top notch- highly recommended.
The under nightstand and bathroom vanity lighting are auto sensored- much appreciated- you get up to go during the night without turning on overhead “interrogation” lighting!!
Additionally, this was walking distance to my rental car office so returning my vehicle was a breeze.
Had a great stay here, everyone at the restaurant was so friendly & matthew at valet was awesome!!
My stay was unfortunately impacted by poor housekeeping and lack of attention to detail. In our first room, the bathtub was in unacceptable condition—chipping porcelain and visibly unclean. We requested a room change, but the second room was only a slight improvement. The tubs in both rooms did not feel sanitary.
Although I only take showers, having to stand in a tub that appears unclean is extremely off-putting. I had to wear shower shoes and even purchase cleaning spray and Lysol from CVS to disinfect the shower before stepping it; something I have never had to do at comparable hotels like the Conrad, Wynn, or Bellagio.
Additionally, small but important details were overlooked. The clock in the room was 16 minutes ahead and the date was three days off, which further reflects a lack of proper room checks during turnover.
What’s most concerning is that this is not an isolated experience. I encountered similar cleanliness issues during a stay at a Hyatt in San Diego less than a year ago, suggesting a broader inconsistency in standards.
Overall, this experience did not meet expectations and highlights the need for improved housekeeping and quality control.
