Tyler and Malik were incredibly helpful!
Professional, efficient service from our Valet driver, Tyler
Dylan and Matthew Valet did a great job and were extremely friendly
Josh was amazing! Top tier service from him.
Service was amazing. Value.
Great staff! Very comfortable beds and nice bedding. The hallway walls on the floors where the rooms are - the wallpaper needs to be upgraded (it gives the appearance that the overall rooms are going to be bad) but the rooms are nice. The conference room food was really good (nice salads/roasted veggies/meat selection was fresh). The restaurant staff was excellent, and the price of the Sunday brunch was very reasonable.
Had a great stay. Matt took care of us in valet. Thanks for a great experience!
An excellent hotel for business with top notch accommodations, excellent staff. Cannot comment on its suitability as a base for tourism for the region.
Damien and Josh did a fantastic job as valets.
The location is convenient to downtown, with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were comfortable, but the furniture was pretty worn, the desk chair was torn, and the fridge cubby door hinge was sprung. Overall, it was comfortable, and the conference food was fine. Adequate comes to mind. The hotel does have a rooftop track and pool that I didn't use.
Josh the valet was awesome! Super quick and friendly!
I recently had a disappointing experience at the Grand Hyatt Denver.
My main issue was not the room itself, but the way the stay began. I was genuinely excited to stay here, but that excitement faded immediately when the first thing I encountered was not a warm welcome, but a mandatory $55 parking charge. If you know downtown Denver, you know street parking is not a realistic option, so this felt less like an optional fee and more like a hidden cost.
I would have honestly preferred the room simply be listed at $250 per night instead of $200, rather than being hit with extra charges before even checking in. It gave me the impression that the hotel is trying to nickel-and-dime guests instead of being upfront about the true cost of staying there.
The cherry on top was the bottled water in the room. At many hotels, even basic motels, complimentary water is standard. Here, the bottles were $2 each. That may seem small, but after the parking charge, it reinforced the same overall impression: every little thing comes with an added cost.
One other thing worth mentioning is the noise level. There were drag races happening on the street outside during the night. Is that directly the hotel’s fault? No. But if you are sensitive to noise or looking for a restful stay, it is absolutely something to factor in before booking.
To me, this is a pricing and guest-experience issue. If the operational costs require a higher nightly rate, just be upfront about it. I would rather pay the real price from the beginning than feel like fees are being added along the way.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. If you are staying in downtown Denver, I would suggest looking at the Marriott or Sheraton instead.
Excelente ubicación el hotel muy limpio me gustó que tiene su propio restaurante el valet parking muy amable
I had a relaxing stay and really enjoyed my time in downtown Denver. My room was very clean, and the views were beautiful.
A special thank you to Josh, the bellhop/valet, for his outstanding service. He was very helpful, assisted with my bags, and brought my car around quickly with a friendly smile.
His professionalism and positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and would gladly stay here again.
