Your restaurant's food is terrible. It was terrible the last time we stayed with you and it still is. The menu is like a sports bar and the food is not good. The chicken and salmon dinners we had were tasteless. The airplane food we had to and from Denver was much better.

Paid way to much money for a mediocre hotel.
Pros:

The food was good.

Cons:

The loud noise from construction work woke me up this morning. The track was closed, and the staff didn’t seem very friendly. The room was damaged, and I couldn’t even close the bathroom door. My view of the city was disappointing. None of the crown molding in the room was done correctly. For the money I paid, I could have gone somewhere else and had a much better experience.

Loud.
Pros:

Bed and room were comfortable but couldn’t enjoy it due to the extremely loud elevator.

Cons:

Don’t book out rooms that are going too be right against elevators if you can’t find a way to sound proof. I’m disappointed I paid the same price as people that weren’t by the elevator.

Stayed just one night so not an in depth experience but I’d return.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed. Microwave on my floor (situated where the ice machine is) as well as two in lobby. Lots of amenities available on request eg deodorant, toothbrush, shaver, baby oil and lotion.

Cons:

Lobby music too loud. Probably to discourage you from hanging out there too long once checked out!

No sofa bed in our King room or Queen Queen room, just big chair.
