Damian and Matt were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient in retrieving luggage. They worked as a team and made it effortless.
Dylan and Malek at the valet/guest services were the best. Nice people
Great location and amazing team. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Sweet that blew our socks off, it made having family ina hotel for four nights so much better. We were lucky to have a “home away from home” at the Grand Hyatt Denver.
Amazing run hotel, and well run. 10/10!
The Grand Hyatt Denver is always a great experience. Clean rooms, excellent and well-trained staff and centrally located. Quiet hallways, nice spacious lobby with comfy couches. Easy self-parking, good food, well-stocked snack station adjacent to the restaurant for late night munchies. I don't stay at a lot of big hotels in the course of my travels, but I do whenever I'm in Denver, and the Grand Hyatt never disappoints.
The valet parking was AMAZING!! The room was tidy. The staff was helpful. The beds were comfortable!
There was confusion between Booking.com and the actual hotel with the breakfast. I had 4 people staying but Booking.com said we could only have 2 breakfasts. Lots of confusion. Didn't end up eating breakfast at the hotel. I don't think I will be using Booking.com again, never had any issues like this with Expedia.
Everything
Nothing. Everything was great
Very nice accommodations. Wonderful housekeeping. Tyler, Matt and Marcus were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay again if in Denver.
Great location, they made our stay for the Morgan wallen concert amazing. The staff had Morgan Wallen activities for us and we love that they were playing Morgan wallen music. Valet service was amazing the staff at valet were so helpful
Marcus, Matt, Tyler, Brenan, and Josh were so accomodating and gave us many tips on the city and how to get to various location's.
It was a lovely stay! Everyone was very helpful. The valet guys Marcus, Matt, Tyler and Brennen were quick and friendly! Housekeeping was also so nice! I can’t remember her name, but one of the ladies during our stay 5/29-5/30 on floor 20 was so sweet!
Great stay, great location. The valet gentlemen were the absolute best! We were there for 3 nights and the car was always ready right away and they made it super simple to text down from our room. Tyler, Matt, Marcus and Brennan were so helpful!
Matt with the valet desk was super helpful, very friendly and professional. First employee we encountered with a friendly smile.
I had much higher hopes for this hotel. There is nothing “grand” about this particular Grand Hyatt property. Others I have stayed at are much more aesthetically pleasing. This one is incredibly basic. The property is in desperate need of a facelift, inside and out. The exterior / facade of the building is not at all appealing, the insides of the elevators look and smell decades old, the interior of the rooms need a complete renovation…there is no minibar, no espresso machine, and the furniture feels very dated. All of the staff was courteous, but no one provided service that delivered a wow factor. Even the hotel bar doesn’t have the classy, elegant vibe of a “grand” property. Overall, the entire experience was lackluster, and I should have saved my hard earned points for redemption at a newer, nicer property.
Mediocre, and avoid the dining room. Breakfast was uninspiring for the price, and the service was hit or miss. Construction in the hotel was going on. Noisy.
Staff were great
Breakfast was terrible. Wish I never paid extra for it.
The check in staff was awesome and so accomadating! After traveling for 10 hours, she was able to give me an early check in!
Ideal downtown Denver location. Grand Hyatt is the benchmark corporate hotel for business. Meets all business expectations.
Excellent check in.appreciate Josh and Damien greatly. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable
The hotel experience has been challenging. The staff is good, and the rooms are good. But I was travelling with a pet who is very scared of elevators, and whenever I have travelled with her, we've always used stairs. But apparently their stairs are under maintenance (there's no doorknob for them to open it). Which makes me think it is also a fire hazard. Anyways, my personal experience was terrible with this hotel, maybe just a one-time situation, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
Shout out to the wonderful staff. Esp Josh & Brennen at the valet
