Access to the hotel, parking, and catering services are affected by the game.
Please note that on home game days, all catering facilities close to the public (including hotel guests) after breakfast. From this point onwards, these areas are exclusively available to holders of a valid Borussia Mönchengladbach VIP ticket. It is therefore not possible to visit a restaurant or bar on site before or after the game. Room service is generally not available.
The beer garden behind the north stand opens two hours before kickoff.

Cool location in an industrial building
Pros:

Located opposite of the football stadium, very comfortable mattress, very quiet (slept almost like in a submarine also due to shutters), night lightening installed, very good breakfast

Cons:

Shower cannot be adjusted in terms of pressure (too much water splashing out, which is a waste)

Im Mai war die Lounge mit Snacks besser ausgestattet. Musste nach Getränken fragen die aus waren. Die Suppe war auch sehr knapp.

Leider habe ich die Rücksicht erfahren die für mich eher zum Nachteil gereicht hat.
Pros:

Lage ist super, Das Frühstück ist leider sehr für Sportler gemacht. Wenig Auflage, ansonsten ist das Angebot am Büfett durchschnittlich.

Cons:

Ich habe den Fehler gemacht mich als schwerbehindert und teilweise im Rollstuhl sitzend zu äußern. Ich habe aber auch erwähnt das ich mich im Zimmer selbstständig bewegen kann. Insofern war mein Wunsch nicht ein Zimmer für Schwerstbehinderte sondern ich habe lediglich gebeten dass die Tür zum Zimmer rollstuhltauglich ist. Das Zimmer 330 ist aber für schwerstbehinderte gebaut. Ich musste mich an jeder Klinke sehr tief bücken, Mit dem Rollstuhl kann man in der Regel nicht in Badezimmer fahren. Wie gesagt das wäre für Schwerstbehinderte die durch die Begleitpersonen auch im Bad betreut werden müssen. Leider war in dem Zimmer auch weder ein Sofa noch ein Schrank vorhanden. Ich gehe aber davon aus dass dieses einfach durch eine missverständliche Konversation im Vorfeld entstanden ist. Die Frage nach einem Zimmertausch wurde durch die Rezeption leider nicht ermöglicht da das Hotel ziemlich ausgebucht sei.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich muss sagen, ich war wirklich sehr positiv überrascht ☺️. Ich bin kein Fußball Fan- das war ein Geschenk für meinen Partner- aber auch ich hatte richtig Spaß. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet, nettes Personal, tolle Fohlenausstellung, der Shop war leider aufgrund des Feiertags geschlossen, der Zugang zur Lounge, einfach klasse. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen- aber vor allem, ist mein Geburtstagsgeschenk ein Volltreffer gewesen.
