Le charme de la chambre, joliment décorée, donnant sur un petit canal à l’arrière, au pied des collines karstiques, au calme. Ravissant !
Le personnel qui nous a aidé à organiser notre séjour sur place.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Anything from renting a motorbike within minutes to sightseeing and food recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable - exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect for discovering Ninh Binh.

Wonderful stay in Tam Coc. The host was lovely and even offered us to take a shower at the location after check-out as we had a night-train that departed later in the evening.

Charming accommodation with very friendly staff
Pros:

Very hospitable host, they accommodated for all our needs, found a room for an additional unplanned night. The room was very spacious and clean. They also have scooters for hire for very reasonable prices.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location, warm hosts, wonderful breakfast!

Cons:

No daily housekeeping but we were there for just 2 nights so this wasn’t a hassle. Luggage is self-serve.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, vor allem dank der unglaublichen Gastfreundschaft der Besitzerin! Als wir ankamen, hatten wir zunächst ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, das uns ehrlicherweise etwas zu dunkel war und nicht gut gefiel - auf Nachfrage duften wir sofort das Zimmer wechseln. Uns war bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, dass die Gartensicht im Untergeschoss quasi in den Innenhof geht, darauf sollte man unbedingt achten.

Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag liebevoll und frisch zubereitet. Man könnte zwischen verschiedenen Angeboten wählen und immer gab es frisches Obst dazu. Wir haben auch den Wäscheservice genutzt, der ebenfalls super war. Als wir abreisten, konnten wir den ganzen Tag unser Gepäck im Büro lagern, da wir erst Abends mit dem Nachtzug weiter mussten. Außerdem durften wir sogar noch kaltes Wasser mitnehmen und uns wurde angeboten nach dem langen Tag noch einmal duschen zu gehen. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt, eine klare Empfehlung an alle die eine authentische und warmherzige Unterkunft auf ihrer Vietnamreise suchen.

This boutique is the best!!! The hostess (Ha) is absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful, accommodating, and friendly! We absolutely loved her. 10000% would recommend. The location is perfect- away from the noisy tourists but still super close to restaurants and shops.

It was on the outskirts of town but very noisy with construction, the room had a musty smell, they wanted to charge us 3% extra for paying with a credit card and no swimming pool, just a muddy pond
