El desayuno, tamaño de la habitación y la ubicación.

Cons:

La forma de entrar al estacionamiento, primero que hay que pasar a registrarse a recepción, y después hay que dar una tremenda vuelta para llegar al estacionamiento. Debería uno estacionarse primero, y luego subir a hacer el check in. Falta poner un hervidor y tasas en las habitaciones para poder tomar un cafecito

Desafortunadamente no pudimos concretar la estadía, debido a una pesima gestión del hotel al no respetar los acuerdos previos a nuestra estadía.

Pésima gestión administrativa, sin opcion de ofrecer solucion en un error que cometieron ellos al dejarnos sin estacionamiento,
Su solución fue el reembolso, siendo alrededor de las 10 p.m nos enteramos de esto, con una niña de 6 años. Cero empatía.
Reserva indicaba que se pagaba al momento del ingreso y había sido cobrado como 10 días antes.

Buena estadía. Calidad/precio excelente
Pros:

Mi lugar favorito para ir a alojar en Antofagasta. El personal amable, las instalaciones impecables, limpio, tenia suficientes toallas. El desayuno como siempre exquisito

Cons:

Solo sugiero que en esta época de calor, en recepción comenten como activar el aire acondicionado

La ubicación y cercanía con todo

Cons:

1. Sin disponibilidad de estacionamiento
2. Mucho huésped fumando marihuana en los balcones
3. Al recepcionar la habitación el piso estaba con polvo y al caminar descalza mis pies quedaron negros
4. Desayuno, la bollería no estaba del todo fresca
5. Un ascensor fuera de servicio lo que generaba retrasos en los ingresos y salidas

maravillosa , relajante y muy moderna estancia
Pros:

El desayuno muy variado y rico , y la piscina maravillosa desde el último piso la habitación muy amplia y cómoda , ascensores rápidos y modernos , todo muy bien , felicitaciones

Cons:

nada , todo estuvo muy bien y la ubicación esta frente al Mall , cerca de las playas y del centro , fácil movilización , la verdad me gusto todo del hotel
