La propiedad en general es bueno, y el desayuno decente y bueno.
Pero, no hay mucha opción de cena, había otro evento de voleibol con mucha gente y ruidos.
Alegan ignorancia sobre mi reservacion, poco opciones de comida incluida, costo de comida opcional elevado.
One of the best places we've stayed in the Dominican Republic. The scenery was very beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. The son of the owner named Ruven was extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this place.
We arrive at 10pm , After an initial misunderstanding with the booking, the administrator came up and let us in himself, he apologized and from that point t on to our stay everything was perfect , no complaints, we will definitely be back , only thing we will call ahead of time to make sure our reservation is confirmed with them too.
Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. No internet service and staff had to share their personal service in common areas but no service in rooms. The adventure facilities weren’t available so there was nothing out of the ordinary to experience. No extra towels, food was good.
Surprisingly great experience about attention and commodities, which have evidently improved over time.

Great place to stay and good prices
Nuestra estancia fue inolvidable. Excelente servicio desde la recepcion hasta la culminacion de nuestra estancia.La joven Ninoska en la recepcion es sumamente amable y eficiente, si quieres algo solo le dices y ahi esta. El señor Lino es una persona humilde, siempre con buena disposicion a ayudar y darte lo que necesites cuando lo necesites. El joven Luis, muy serio , callado y respetuoso te sirve lo que quieras , cuando quieras. Asi que recomendamos 100% el establecimiento
Everything was great except for one big problem...THE MOSQUITOS IN THE ROOM! Spent about an hour+ trying to kill several mosquitos. Should've brought spray but didn't think I would've had to.
If you go the at afternoon after three o'clock it is imposible to get any kind of food until the late afternoon.There are no snackbars or anything where you can buy food.That was very strange to me.We askedit in several places there but they only shrugged shoulders and guided us to ask someone else
