Amaia Boutique Hotel

The rooms were smaller than depicted in photos. The AC was not functioning well and was super loud as it was 40C heat while I travelled there. The comumunication was not good with the host of this property: he changed the entry code without notifying me or my sister and we were locked out for some time. We also had to keep requesting toilet paper, new towels, and garbage disposal without cleaning staff entering on daily basis. Note: this is not a "boutique" hotel so the service and quality is not up to par. It's also located right near the biggest bars and clubs in Sayulita so it was very hard to fall asleep during our stay in town.

Loud at night, right near bars. We had to continuously ask for clean towels, toilet paper. Then they changed the front door code without telling us, so we were effectively locked out in the rain as there is no front door staff. Cockroaches. Smaller rooms than depicted in photos.

La cama estaba sucia, habia chinches, el cuarto nada que ver con las fotos que publican, pésimo lugar para hospedarse

Very low water pressure and you had to cross your fingers to have hot water long enough to finish one’s shower lol

There was a huge gaping hole in the wall which allowed mosquitos in when it rained all night so I got ate up, it was uncomfortable and the room couldnt stay cool for long even with the AC running probably because of the hole. Also, I selected this hotel because it said there was a TV in the room, but there was not and I had to use my phone so good things their was free wifi. The room itself is decent if you just need a place to sleep and bathe, but the most important things should be addressed immediately or just change the listing so that flaws are clearly stated and people can decide if they want to take their chances or not. The high rating on this site which made me select this location may be too generous. A solid 3.5 - 4 would be more accurate.

Room was a bit small and I had the tiniest garbage can ive ever seen with no replacement bags to switch it out.

El personal no fue tan amable, y hubieron varios detalles que dejaron mucho por desear. 1. Nuestra regadera estaba roto el piso cuando llegamos y en un punto se inundaba. 2. No se limpiaban adecuadamente las sabanas de la cama (nunca se nos cambio el cubre colchon en toda nuestra estancia). 3. La limpieza es cada 3 dias, que por el precio del hotel deberia de ser diario. 4. Falta de atencion (e.g., nos dejaron sin toallas y papel de bano una noche)

Todo me gustó. Tal vez solo agregaría sumar un mini refri a la habitación peto sin problema se puede usar el compartido en el lobby.

El espacio de la habitación es muy chico y el baño regadera tenia un piso tipo madera que no tenia esrabilidad

Las instalciomes están muy fea, la alberca sucia, fuimos y todas las toallas tendidas en el área común como si nadie estuviera, la llave estaba quebrada no teníamos agua después solo había agua fría no había agua caliente de verdad fue mi peor experiencia ya habíamos ido y nos habia gustado bastante yo no sé qué les pasó.

La habitación era exageradamente pequeña y las maderas del piso del baño se sentían muy frágiles como que se fueran a romper.
Estuve 2 noches y ellos no hacen limpieza.
El lugar tenía áreas comunes muy útiles donde había un sofá, frigobar y un horno de microondas pero desde que entrabas se percibe un fuerte olor a humedad,incluso los cojines de la cama y las almohadas de la habitación tenien este olor. Pienso deberían de invertir una buena lana porque el techo está lleno de moho en especial el de la sala del estar. El contacto es casi nulo con el personal solo tuve trato con una señorita 5 min antes de mi check in que me abrió la puerta del alojamiento y me dio la llave de la habitación.
