The place is great. The other guests weren't.
Pros:

The exercise room, the pool and spa were great.

Cons:

Guests were extremely noisy. Slamming doors late at night and early in the morning.

Pros:

We have to stop at the pool in every hotel and the pool at this location was noticeably clean and well maintained vs most hotel pools!
Also breakfast with gluten free baked goods always makes me smile!

Notifying guests prior to arrival if a pool will be closed would be much appreciated.

It is conveniently located near the mall and great area eating.

Cons:

I did not appreciate any advanced warning that the pool was "under construction". That is one reason we chose this hotel for our children and we weren't informed of this until our arrival. It clearly was not "under construction" as stated upon arrival but undergoing maintenance following a busy new years eve and was open on the 2nd night of our stay. Please inform your staff of proper verbiage as not to disgust guests. Also, breakfast was so so and they ran out both morning we were there. Breakfast area was small and cramped.

The hotel was going through renovations and the hot tub was not operational - one of the reasons we chose this hotel - there was no notice ahead of time that this was the case.

It was fine. Bit spendy for what we got or quality of stay

It was fine. Had free breakfast and water and hot chocolate and was quiet

Cons:

Our bathroom drain wouldn’t stay open. The toilet started running. The chair was broken and the other was uncomfortable. The beds weren’t super comfortable either

I sleep vary badly in motels but in this one i was very comfortable, a rarity for me. Beds extremely comfortable.

Breakfast was better than the average motel. Multiple meats to choose from.

Would definitely stay again if in the area.

During our stay over Labor Day weekend, there was construction noise starting at 8 am, Monday morning. If you have rooms under construction, don't book surrounding rooms.
