Pros:

Staff went out of the way to accommodate me, it was refreshing to finally stay at a hotel where there treated you as a person and not a number. I will be staying again

Great price & location. Staff was friendly and available for fresh towels/more coffee k cups whenever needed. Did not travel with our dog but love that this hotel is pet friendly.

Cons:

Only kitchen supplies were ice trays. Was able to borrow some from a friend in town. A few basics would have been handy. A plus is there are two Walmarts >10 minutes away that carry 50 cent plastic bowl/plates/cups.

We stayed at Uptown Suites Extended Stay Denver – Westminster for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations set by the “extended stay” description in the listing.

The front desk staff was friendly and responsive — we truly appreciated their help when we found pet hair on the couch. They promptly changed our room without any hesitation.

However, the kitchen setup was disappointing. Although the room includes a stove and coffee maker, there were absolutely no pots, pans, plates, or utensils — not even a kettle to boil water. When we asked for at least some disposable items, we were told that the only option was to purchase a plastic dishware set for $50, which felt unreasonable and completely out of line with what an “extended stay” should offer.

Overall, the hotel is clean, and the staff was polite, but if you’re booking this property expecting to cook or use the kitchen during your stay, be aware that you’ll need to bring your own supplies or pay extra. That was a major letdown in an otherwise average stay.

Decent location. All night convenience store, and restaurant/ bar within walking distance

Cons:

Coffee maker didn't work. Lumpy bed. 2 of 3 Vending machines out of service(the 2 with food/ snacks), the one that worked was only beverages.
