Decent one night stay.
Pros:

Staff very efficient and helpful. Room clean and spacious. Agree with previous comments regarding hardness of mattress although I had a full nights comfortable sleep.

Avoid this hotel by all means!
Cons:

I would vote 0* if I could.
I booked room in this hotel 2 month in advance. When I came, hotel pretended they didn't receive information about my order. I showed them confirmation from them that they confirmed on booking that they received my request and they have room for me. Cheaters!
They said "we don't know anything, hotel is fully booked". Right after that 2 busses with vietnamese tourists arrived. And everything became clear - they simply provided our room to tour company, which bring them group tours. They simply don't give a sh*t to you as a client.
Bottom line: if you want to deal with hotel, which will sell your room to someone else without notifying you - welcome! Even if you manage to get room there, think twice, if you want to stay in hotel, which serves tour company with Vietnamese tourists. Enormous noise is guaranteed.

I've slept on softer concrete!
Pros:

Nice view, good amenities, spacious room

Cons:

I am in my mid-40's, and have slept on many many beds in my life. I can not recall ever sleeping on a harder bed than this one.
There were tiny bugs everywhere too. Had to cover ourselves and our beds in repellant to stop them from clambering all over us while we slept.
