Overall my stay was great.
Pros:

The property is very clean. The location is convenient, the staff are very friendly and pleasant. The staff greets you as soon as you enter the facility.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable feels pretty hard, also the room was very dry which triggered my allergies to react. I had to take an allergy pill everyday to keep them at bay.

Needs better upkeep
Pros:

The room size, and kitchenette.

Cons:

The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. At 8:00 AM the breakfast area was already running low on several items. They did not advise us in advance about the pet fee. The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, but all the flower beds or “green areas” are covered with large river rocks, which are difficult for pets to walk on. There is essentially no grassy area. Also, the outdoor trash cans were full both days of our stay.
