The staff is very friendly. We had a problem with our room and they quickly gave us another room. The rooms are quite large and spacious, also very clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied, I think everyone can find something for themselves that they want to eat.

Excellent location – The hotel is situated in a great spot, making it easy to explore the area.

Stunning view – I stayed on the 4th floor, and the view from the balcony was absolutely incredible—whether it was morning, evening, or during the day, it was always a joy to look out.

Balcony swing – A lovely touch! It made relaxing outside even more enjoyable.

Comfortable room temperature – The air conditioner worked well, cooling the room efficiently without blowing directly on us. It was comfortable to leave it on all day, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Friendly and attentive staff – The staff were truly wonderful—very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the boy with curly hair and the girl with red hair—they, along with the rest of the team, really did their best to ensure we had a good stay. They deserve a raise for their efforts!

Cons:

Lack of basic amenities – There was a boiler in the room, but no coffee or tea provided during our stay. Also, only one 800ml bottle of water was provided for three people every three days, which was not enough.

Repetitive breakfast – The kitchen served nearly the same types of food every morning. It would be nice to see more variety.

Coffee/tea service – You have to ask staff for every single cup of coffee or tea during breakfast, which can be a bit uncomfortable, although the staff were always polite about it.

Maintenance issues – On the fourth day, we experienced water dripping from upstairs into both the bathroom and bedroom, which was quite inconvenient.

Cleanliness – The floor in our room wasn’t properly mopped during our stay.

Despite these issues, the good outweighed the bad for me, mostly thanks to the location, view, and the staff. With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

Pæne værelser. Fin restaurant. Flot fitness og hamam område. Oplevelser med personalet var meget blandet. Der var nogle stykker der var smilende og høflige og specielt altmuligmanden i den grønne skjorte, var meget smilende, høflig og med på noget sjov. Beliggenheden er super fin. Maden på morgenbuffeten er frisk og lækker, det er meget tyrkisk inspireret morgenmad.

Cons:

Rengøring på værelserne er næsten ikke eksisterende. Toiletpapir, vand og håndklæder måtte vi flere gange spørge efter. Stranden ligger rigtig langt fra hotellet. Morgenmaden mangler variation - det er stort set det samme hver dag. Kaffen er tynd.

Отель расположен в лучшем месте Алании. Центр, прекрасный пляж рядом, магазин, аптека и рестораны.
Вкусный завтрак в отеле, забавный интерьер и чудесное кресло-качель на балконе. Вообщем, отель хороший, я рекомендую. Но! Будьте осторожны с персоналом!

Cons:

Как только я выехала из отеля, в машине обнаружила, что забыла обручальное кольцо на столике перед зеркалом. Я обращалась в отель 3 раза, чтобы они поискали кольцо и вернули моему сыну, который работает в Алании. Мой запрос был ПРОИГНОРИРОВАН. Т.е. они вообще не сочли нужным ответить мне хоть как-то! Так что впечатление от сервиса и персонала осталось неудовлетворительным.

В принципе все нормально. Завтрак без излишеств.

Cons:

Очень шумно с улицы, двери без шумоизоляции. Режим тишины не соблюдается. Последние две ночи в соседнем номере громко включали телевизор. До 4 утра!!! Пишется, что отель имеет свой собственный пляж N 29, но уже после седьмого пляжа Клеопатры начинаются плиты. Поэтому пришлось покупать место на ближайшем пляже.

Этот отель выбрала потому что была уже там, но все изменилось! Ресторан конечно красивые и можно поесть, отдельный пляж, но до него идти! персонал на рецепции только 2 человека работали, остальные не давали четких ответов, но все вопросы решили и спасибо самому отзывчивому и предприимчивому парню на рецепции!

Я люблю этот отель.
