I there was a heavy smell of Marijuana in the hall while going to my room. The TV didn't work in the room until my friend and I fixed it after the person at the front desk couldn't help. She had to get back to the front desk. While we were heading out to dinner, we could smell Marijuana up and down the hallway as we were leaving. Some scruffy guy came up to us asking us if we wanted to buy some speakers. I was looking at some of the people who were checking in. Almost every single one looked like they were from a homeless shelter and had hotel vouchers to be there. The next morning, the housekeeper came up to our room an hour before check out and said that it was time to check out and that there was a late fee. I tried to rent the room for another night. The housekeeper said it would be $100. I said fine, then she said that they were not capable of extending the stay. I went online and booked another night. The housekeeper refused to let me. I went back down to inquire as to why the front desk person then stated that the housekeeper smelled something. The only thing that we had used in the room was to make coffee and spray perfume on ourselves. I was expecting this place to be a lot higher quality than it was considering the area it is located in. Don't waste your time or money. I have a feeling that we were not of the usual caliber of what they were used to. Plus, I should have known by the price it was not a good place for me or what I am used to.

There was no stay because they illegally denied our service dogs for pur special needs child.

Cons:

They wouldn't allow us to check in because of our 2 service dogs for our special needs child. We were still charged for the 1 st night even though we couldn't check in! How is that good customer service or even legal since they are service dogs for a child?!?
