Clean, quiet, convenient location

Cons:

With the exception of one young lady at the front desk, everyone else seemed bothered and unwilling to listen to issues I had with a mysterious late fee and my confirmed reservation through booking.com they couldn't find. Upon first entering my room, I was hit in the face with sauna hot temperature. The room Air conditioner/ heater thermostat was not working properly.. though the heater thermostat was set on 68, it was literally 108° in the room, and would not shut off. For 4 days in January I had the air conditioner on with temperatures outside between 20 and 40.° eventually I turned the unit off at the circuit breaker box and brought in a space heater. Internet access was laughable. It would work for about 5 minutes then disconnect. Eventually I just used the hotspot through my phone and was able to reliably access the internet through that. Every room in every hotel has its quirks and I'm okay with that, however, as I said, with the exception of one young lady at the front desk, I was not made to feel listened to, important or welcomed.

Front desk staff made us wait 15 minutes to finish their audits before we checked in. We were charged twice for our stay. Not pleased with my stay.
