tuvimos que cancelar la segunda noche por que la habitacion olia a baño, cuando intenta bañarme el agua salió verde, nos dijeron que era el sedimento de la tubería. el estacionamiento no esta en el hotel.
el ruido en la noche era mucho, se escucha todo lo que la gente dice en los pasillos, no tiene alfonmbra y las pisadas del cuarto de arriba se esuchaba mucho.
El desayuno esta bien, todo delicioso.

Me gusto la ubicación porque era donde necesitaba alojarme, me gustó la cama de la habitación, muy cómoda
La habitación es pequeña y en relación calidad/ precio, es muy caro por lo que ofrecen, no hay aún estacionamiento, tuvimos que estacionarnos en otro lote un poco lejos, el aire condicionado estuvo húmedo, el desayuno incluido es muy temprano
Quiero mencionar que olvide mi celular , y las señoritas de recepción fueron muy atentas , y se localizo en cuestión de minutos. Se agradece y se aprecia ese nivel de atención. quedamos muy satisfecho con nuestra experiencia.
Su estacionamiento podría mejorar. Tuve que salir a comprar una medicina para mi esposa , y cuando regrese , ya no me permitieron ingresar de nuevo y tuve que estacionarme en frente del hotel. esto fue a las 9pm. solo recomiendo que se avise el horario del estacionamiento al hacer el check-in.

La comida es muy cara para la calidad y las porciones. pedí un avocado toast y me dieron un pan muy pequeño parecía como de Sara lee de las pequeñas, el aguacate se veía negro en unas partes, a mi esposo le dieron sus huevos y las tortillas llegaron cuando ya casi había terminado. No vale la pena consumir ahí, es demasiado costoso para lo que ofrecen. Pero la bebida y los meseros bien!
Location and view
King bed was too hard not comfortable at all. Room only had 1 shampoo and I booked room for me and kids. I had to ask for bedding for them as well. At breakfast waiters ignored us even after asking for napkins or coffee seemed more interested in guests who bought food of menus not guess who’s meals where including with room. However room was not cheap. Pool was not warm enough asked about it and was told they had to ask about it below. Hora later guest who stay there often asked and it was warmed up more. I booked place for my son’s birthday wish to use warm pool.
