A delightful experience in every respect. An indeed special location, the hotel is part of a village museum. The interior in accordance with today’s standard, tasteful and clean. Professional, friendly staff. Good breakfast, fresh and high quality food on the buffet/served.

It has a unique setting and peaceful atmosphere. The old half-timbered buildings were amazing. The hotel is part of the park and the restaurant next door was great!
The bathroom was set up for the disabled which is great that this is offered. However, the bathroom gets very wet since the shower sprays onto the floor. The curtain is all that is there to block the water.
Frühstück war super lecker, alles Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer war toll.
Waren zum 2ten Adventswochenende (Weihnachtsmarkt, nicht REWE Weihnachtsmarkt)) dort. Da wir nach dem Genuss von evtl. 3 Glühweinen nicht mehr fahren wollten, hatten wir bereits vorher 1 DZ und 1 EZ gebucht. Vom sehr freundlichen Empfang, dem Ambiente des Hotels, der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Zimmern, der Ruhe, dem schönen Essen im Adler sowie dem ausreichenden Frühstück, alles war einfach super. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Da wir wussten, der Markt schliesst um 19.00 Uhr, war es natürlich anschließend sehr ruhig im Hessenpark. War aber auch so von uns geplant. Zu den etwas kritischeren Kommentaren kann ich nur sagen, wenn ich ein Landhotel buche...sollte man nicht das Ritz als Maßstab nehmen und sich dann beschweren.
Da fällt mir nicht wirklich was ein!!!
Je slaapt werkelijk in een open museum omgeving en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Vooraf was ik niet bekend met deze omgeving en dat het eigenlijk een open luchtmuseum is, waarbij je ook in de opnieuw opgebouwde huizen van 1600/1700 ook binnen kunt kijken. Het hotel beviel enorm goed.

De wandelpaden in het open lucht museum: voor 99% kinderkopjes. Zeer vermoeiend lopen.
Schön eingerichtetes Hotel, super Lage für einen Besuch im Hessenpark und Umgebung. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal.
