Pros:

This was an amazing hotel. they made my family feel so welcome, safe and all or needs were met.
All the staff were so attentive to the small children that was with us. If they were upset, the waiting staff in the restaurant would provide they with toys or drawing to help them settle down.
we had such a relaxing time. in such a lovely setting. we will stay here again if we travel back to Mexico

This was a fantastic experience we had with two small children under the ages of three years too.
Pros:

the overall experience. All the staff we fantastic, helpful and supportive with any questions asked.
the room was very big, clean and comfortable.
I would stay again if i have to travel to Mexico again

Cons:

the only thing needed was a giant net by the pool to collect the dead flies. other wise everything by the pool was comfortable and clean.

Un hotel de excelencia a un buen precio
Pros:

Excelente desayuno gran variedad y muy buena calidad, las habitaciones son super amplias y cómodas, limpias y con excelente vista, el hotel esta muy bien por encima del promedio

Cons:

el unica detalle es que el internet no es excepcional pero es bueno
