La ubicación muy bien, el servicio también muy bien , solo que se siente un lugar encerrado en recepción y la alberca le falta algo mas para hacerla mas amigable. Lo demás no tengo comentarios, considero que todo en general esta bien.

Muy buena ubicacion, limpio y personal amable, el desayuno esta bien aunque no tiene tanta variedad, ofrecen estacionamiento y esta muy bien

Cons:

Me gustaria que el sistema de Television pudieran tener Netflix o algun otro streeaming en nuestro caso que nos quedamos 8 dias si hace falta, el gimnasio esta en mal estado la caminadora no servia, y era un espacio demasiado chico

Un buen lugar para visitar Mérida.
Pros:

El desayuno, muy bueno y típico de la región. Una buena atención del personal. Y el ambiente es muy agradable con un aroma magnífico. La ubicación, cerca del Paseo Montejo y cerca del parque la Plancha donde está la estación de tren Maya.

Cons:

Debería haber más agua disponible sin costo para beber.

A Poor Experience in the NH Collection Hotel in Merida
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights. We were assigned to Room 321. The bathroom had several issues that were never resolved. The sink had a leak and only lukewarm water. The shower was fine. The front desk staff was polite and sent someone to inspect the sink. He did nothing. So we spent 4 miserable nights. Generally speaking the hotel looks fine but our room did not. Do not recommend. Will never stay there again.

Mold & Mildew
Pros:

Staff was great, but so many failures in the room - lost AC, leaking fridge, leaking coffee maker, failed TV, no iron. Room smelled so badly of mold & mildew it permeated our clean clothes. There is definitely a problem with management of the property, including quality assurance checklists and guest relations.
