Beautiful and great location
Unfortunately there was a huge party across the street (our window faced the event)
It was extremely loud and the front desk said that they had no other rooms to move us to even though their website said that they did have available rooms

El olor. No solo a humedad, en la habitación 725 se concentraba el olor a comida. Como si los ductos de la cocina se conectaran de alguna forma con la habitación.
All the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, Good location and rhe breakfast buffet was wonderful. It was a shame my flight arrived late, so I didn't get to take advantage of what the property had to offer

Me gustaria que el sistema de Television pudieran tener Netflix o algun otro streeaming en nuestro caso que nos quedamos 8 dias si hace falta, el gimnasio esta en mal estado la caminadora no servia, y era un espacio demasiado chico
El desayuno, muy bueno y típico de la región. Una buena atención del personal. Y el ambiente es muy agradable con un aroma magnífico. La ubicación, cerca del Paseo Montejo y cerca del parque la Plancha donde está la estación de tren Maya.
Debería haber más agua disponible sin costo para beber.
