This was an amazing hotel. they made my family feel so welcome, safe and all or needs were met.
All the staff were so attentive to the small children that was with us. If they were upset, the waiting staff in the restaurant would provide they with toys or drawing to help them settle down.
we had such a relaxing time. in such a lovely setting. we will stay here again if we travel back to Mexico
the overall experience. All the staff we fantastic, helpful and supportive with any questions asked.

the only thing needed was a giant net by the pool to collect the dead flies. other wise everything by the pool was comfortable and clean.

The location is quite central but not charismatic. Would’ve preferred staying in a boutique hotel for a more authentic experience
La ubicación a un paso del Paseo Montejo. Todo en el hotel es nuevo y esta impecable. Tiene muy fácil acceso y cuenta en sus bajos con una plaza con cafés y restaurantes
El personal del hotel, sin duda, siempre atentos a adelantarse nuestras necesidades, amables y simpaticos, su trato muy agradable. Particularmente mencionar a la cocinera de las mañanas (a quien pude felicitar personalmente) por entender y preparar unos huevos fritos a mi gusto (repeti todos los dias). La ubicación del hotel, muy buena. Las dimensiones de la habitación, su confort, el moviliario (se dormia muy bien).
El aire acondicionado de la habitación, hacia un ruido mas que notable, dormiamos con el aire acondicionado parado (si no costaba conciliar el sueño), La variedad de los productos ofertados en el bufet del desayuno, estamos acostumbrados a los desayunos de los hoteles NH de diferentes paises y en este caso era un poco justos, aunque reconozco que lo que ofrecian era bueno.
