Cons:

An der Sauberkeit, speziell im Badezimmer, muss gearbeitet werden. Die Ausstattung (Handtücher, Sofa und Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern) sollte überarbeitet werden.

Pros:

Eine der besten Locations in Mallorca, direkt oberhalb der wunderbaren Cala Santanyi und dem Cafe Drac.
Die Nachbarbuchten waren fußläufig erreichbar und die Stadt Santanyi war sowieso ein Erlebnis.

Great Location, That I can say.
Pros:

You cannot beat the location near the pristine water.

Cons:

Sadly, it was in disrepair. The ceiling was moldy and cracked in several areas and the toilet seat was broken. The bathroom was not very clean.

The manager was exceptional in their response to our concerns. If they get this apartment repaired by high season it will be great.

Pros:

Wundervolle Lage, die Fotos haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Romy war immer erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam, hat mir auch einen früheren Check-In ermöglicht. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht, incl. liebevollem Empfang mit Keksen und kleinen Extras. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

appartement climatisé

Cons:

l'appartement est situé au dessus d'un café, il ya de la musique jusqu'à minuit environ, pas après, et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la salle de bain car il y a les odeurs de la cuisine du café juste en dessous.

Das Apartment war sauber!
Ein paar Feuchtigkeitspüren sieht man an den Wänden.

Fantastic Apartment great balcony but spoilt by noise from very popular Cafe below.
Pros:

The location and facilities were excellent.

Cons:

The noise from the Draco cafe below with music all day and long into the night. The worst noise was from the kitchens directly below the main bedroom with staff working long into the night. Pots clanging cupboards banging and the never ending sound of furniture being dragged about the place. Restaurant service finished about 11pm but kitchen work continued until 1.30 am earliest and 4am latest. Air conditioning was a must as windows had to be kept closed due to noise. Maybe earplugs could help but don’t expect to get a good nights sleep. Quietest time for sleeping is between 4am and 10am when the music starts and the Kitchens start all over again. A real shame as without the continuous noise it would be a 4 star review.
