They don’t allow unmarried couples. Also they don’t allow people with local IDs. Pathetic staff and worst hospitality. Overall, worst of all Raddisons that I have been.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, but Your Duty Manager Amrita Pal deserves a special commendation. After checking out, I realized I had left an important shirt behind in my room. I contacted the hotel, and she took immediate ownership of the situation. Her promptness and efficiency were incredible—she quickly coordinated with housekeeping to ensure the item was found and secured. Beyond just resolving the issue, her warm communication made the whole process stress-free. Amrita truly went above and beyond to turn a moment of panic into a seamless recovery. I recently stayed at Radisson Blu and had booked a suite room, but unfortunately the overall service experience fell far below five-star standards.
Poor Check-In Experience
Upon arrival, there was no greeting or welcome. The check-in executive completed the process without any courtesy, and there was no explanation of hotel services, inclusions, or assistance with luggage.
I requested a driver dormitory, but was informed it was under maintenance. I then asked for help in arranging a nearby dorm/hotel for my driver (at my cost). She refused, and only when I asked about concierge support did she call another colleague, possibly a manager.
The manager was polite and genuinely tried to help, but was unable to locate any nearby accommodation for the driver. Shockingly, he suggested that the driver could sleep inside our suite, which is highly inappropriate advice from a five-star hotel.
Eventually, my driver had to find a place on his own.
Room & Facilities
The suite was clean but equipped with very basic amenities. Both the TVs (living room and bedroom) were large smart TVs, but Netflix kept showing an internet error. Despite calling for service, no one came to fix the issue.
Noise insulation in the room was extremely poor — we could clearly hear late-night wedding band noise and early-morning traffic, which made it difficult to rest.
Breakfast Experience
The morning breakfast area was poorly managed. No greeting, no assistance with seating — guests had to find their own table and wait for someone to place plates and cutlery. Staff seemed undertrained and unsure about basic service standards.
Checkout
At checkout, again there was no greeting, no courtesy, and no request for feedback.
Overall
From a service perspective, this hotel operates at a three-star level, not five-star. The lack of hospitality, inadequate staff training, poor noise isolation, and unprofessional handling of guest requests made the stay disappointing.

All the hotel staffs specially reception and housekeeping staffs and are professional and cooperative.

The staff are well-experienced and treat guests with great care. Special thanks to *Ms. Sonali*, the hostess, who is a truly kind and professional person. Her warm hospitality made our experience even better.

The staff was not helpful and restaurant service was extremely poor. Order placed at 21:00 hrs was served after midnight that too with repeated arguments
