I had a great experience at Radisson Blu Hotel. The event was well organized, the banquet service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Banquet Manager Amarender Ji, who was very supportive and ensured everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay experience for 6 days,.daily started from wonderful smiling welcome by Ms. Preetika, then delicious food, and nice songs/music and in the end ever smiling and courteous see off by Ms. Preetika.

Today,I went with my friend for breakfast at Radisson hotel .It was a worst experience and very rudely behaviour by the main gate security person and in front of the lobby security person and other staff . Me and my friend coming from Lucknow. I suggest Radisson hotel for breakfast to my friend. Due to rudely behaviour, we had to go back. I request to GM and F&B Manager of Radisson hotel of gorakhpur kindly please give instructions to security person don't repeat like that with an other people. We went 6:25 am at hotel staff told restaurant will be open 6:30 then I told ok , I will wait. We went lobby entrance. There Staff told restaurant will be open 7 am . Then again I told ok, I will wait in side lobby area. But staff rudely behave with us. You are not allowed to in side lobby before 7 am .
This is your hospitality and this is behaviour 😡😡. It was a very bad experience with Radisson hotel.
It was a great side view room. From where I can see the nauka vihar.
Room no was 518 and I was 4 nighter there.
Bakery products were awesome from Suraj’s team. And the flute artist at the restaurant is cherry on the top.
Though I am not a breakfast guy I only take black coffee and packed some bakery products for the rest of the day while I am on work.
But great hospitality and ambience of hotel and my personal room was awesome.
Location is ok just on busy road with very small front space , reception is fine and only 4 chairs in foyer is really painful and not as per standard of Radisson
I asked is it Radisson after looking the hotel in first view and Its look like compromised with standards
Rooms are good and with good view of local famous lake Raam Tal .
Gym is ok but i have not noticed any instructors and Pool is there on top floor T but pool is small only 4 feet deep.
Only one VUE restaurant is working fir all purposes Great kebab factory is closed ?
Food is good and variety is there and they are prompt for any help or support.
Few things can be managed better in restaurant as table many times not managed i found salt pepper pot missing many times and tissue paper not available many times.
Live corner is very good with indian famous dishes and sweets like jalebi pav bhaji kulcha etc
The ambience is good and atmosphere is good
Basuri player in morning and vocal artists is evening is great and very refreshing ,like it
The Management Team is need to be improve with better body language, work assignments to be remember as more Professionalism
They are rude and not accepting their faults
Room Key not working many things and this is very big issue but receptionist are in mood of blaming you ? Not kept key properly? Whole 5 floor key is not working of approx 7 rooms at a time ? This needs to be improved asap
Senior management kindly check yourself !
I request not to take hotek car as AC is not working when he cane to receive at Vande bharat train station? You can’t aspect from such big hotel chain
No apologies is also very surprising !!
Overall it’s Compromised Radisson Hotel as place is small but stay is not so bad expect few issues mentioned which can easily be solved with proper care and periodically checking by senior management
I recommend training of managers as they are very rude arrogant when talking to people staying or enquiring
Rest if any good Hotel chain offer you better in Gorakhpur kindly give preference to them as this Radisson hotel have some serious management and professionalism issue
