awesome hotel at Grand Cayman!
Pros:

food, rooms (pretty new and clean) with great furniture but the attention at the main desk with Sara was awesome, she helped us with advises, car renting and excursions options.

Cons:

Price for the season might be was a bit high but might be regular, frequent custome could be able to get a tiny disccount.

Pros:

The room was great and roomy, bed very comfortable, daytime staff very nice and helpful. The wakeup call was accurate

Cons:

BUT the coffee machine did NOT work, I could NEVER get hot water at 0530 a.m. and there was no one to help get my bags back down to lobby on check out. Yes it was early morning BUT for that price I would have expected someone to help.

Pros:

The view from the room of the city. The room and the entire hotel was always clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The location wasn't on the beach but it was just a 10 minute walk. Devin house ice cream is on the premises and Peppers is right across the street. The staff was friendly and there was free breakfast. Room was also nice.

Cons:

The tv broke during our stay.
