Belmont one is our favorite place to stay often. Yet, we find inconsistent items in rooms - missing luggage rack; missing 1 cup coffee maker; missing tea bags/coffe; dishware inconsistent; and only had 1 chair @ the table for the King Suite. Needed 2.
Each room should have inventory after each stay. As we stay often we rely on what we expect to have in the room.
This recent visit was 1st time we rec'd water bottles in rm, as Gold Members. Usually have to go and ask for them.
We enjoy the poolw/towels & breakfast is usual hotel fare. Hotel is clean/ease of use. Staff friendly.
Couldn’t choose a bathtub in the room. Seems to have all showers
Overall things were great! However, we'd never used the phone key before and came to get some physical ones before heading up to our room. The front desk was empty with a sign that someone would return soon. We couldn't wait and just gambled on the phone app. It worked seamlessly so this is more just feedback on keeping the front desk staff but things went fine for us.
Check in was seamless, room was clean and spacious, location is convenient and easy to find. The noise level was low despite the location being close to Hwy 101 and everything was comfortable. The one issue I had was, I unfortunately forgot to bring deodorant, and upon coming downstairs to check the items for sale, there was none. The front desk clerk seemed also uninterested in helping at all, she simply said after checking the same stock I had: Oh! we are out of stock. I consider emergency toiletries an inexpensive way to help your guests out of a pickle and to make a Hotel organization like Hilton a place that has your back.
This property is an excellent place to stay. It’s clean, comfortable and has especially good in room amenities. My only real complaint is that the EV charging costs $20 an hour with a one hour minimum. Since it’s a slow charger, that’s even higher than current gas prices!
Room was comfortable. Breakfast was bland. EV charging rates-$30 per hour. Absolute thievery.
They had a pool I guess
Wasn’t clean, front desk lady was rude, no towels in pool area, mattresses were terrible, room wasn’t clean when arrived, they never cleaned the room the entire stay, parking was extremely small.

Staff were not customer service foci….more bureaucratic and lacked thoughtfulness in communication. Never apologized but insisted they were correct.

Really all was great, though for some improvement suggestions: more seating at the dining table, free parking, more bathroom hooks/bars, shower pressure increased, showerhead facing shower space instead of outward toward the doors

Very convenient and much needed on a getaway week day, enjoyed the pool and spa, very relaxing after a busy day, breakfast was excellent and welcomed start to the next day
Great stay! Comfy bed and room, good hot tub, and awesome breakfast. Gym has most of what you need and staff is friendly, as well as responsive
Great Hilton property. Personnel very friendly. Expansive space in room. Great gym. Convenient parking. Lots to like. Only downside was noisy neighbor above us with heavy footsteps and movement which was nonstop and lasted for hours late into the night. This was the only thing preventing a 5 star rating. Of course, this was not Hilton's fault and I would give this hotel very serious consideration for a return stay. Great people!
