Not happy having a disturbance when sleeping.
Cons:

Some how are you got double booked. Shortly after me and my family got to sleep another guest was trying to enter our room and scared us. Then after that got called at 11 when we were sleeping from the front desk on who we were. Can I be informed how this happened?

we had a very pleasant time and we felt very comfortable and safe during our stay.
Pros:

cleanliness and ease of access

Cons:

the view from our room window was directly above and adjacent to a roof of the first floor. the roof is painted white for understandable reasons, but the room was SO bright unless we had the blackout curtain pulled.

Pros:

荷物の置き場が広く、仕事もしやすく、部屋が使いやすかった。また、夜中にお湯をもらいに行った際、冷めていたが、すぐにお湯の準備をしてくれた。

Cons:

周囲に飲食店がほとんどなかった点ぐらいで、施設としては特によくない点はありませんでした。

Absolutely the best!
Pros:

We’ve styled at several hotels when we travel out of Indianapolis, and this was by far the cleanest and had a staff that was very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Indy!

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Pros:

I loved the size of the room. And the beds were comfortable as well.

Cons:

I feel that our original room was more updated but the T.V. did not work. So the room that we received was not the same quality as the original room.

Our stay was okay. The beds and breakfast wasn't great but the staff & the cleanliness were amazing.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked how clean it was. I liked the location.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great. It was just fine. No milk substitutes at all. Only green apples by the front desk as fruit options. But if you want a quick breakfast they had the basics. But compare to another Home 2 Suites that we just checked out of the other place's breakfast was way better.
And the beds were hard, which was surprising.
