A lovely restful holiday with fabulous people
Pros:

We were welcomed by Nicki at check in, she greeted us with a pleasant smile and was very helpful, polite and caring person, a real gem. As we were interested in visiting Edinburgh she told us the different form of transport available. We got the train which took about 30mins from the accommodation to Waverley station so no problem with parking. Glasgow is also accessible by train if you have time to explore the area. Indeed all the staff were lovely and friendly which we had the pleasure of meeting while having breakfast there. Plenty of choice to choose from with continental style or full fry up style cooked to your taste with toast, tea or coffee. We also had evening meals here which were equally delicious and tasty. In our room we had supply of tea, coffee and milk to have a brew whenever suited us. Also daily cleaning of room if requested. A very peaceful place to stay, we had no problem hearing the planes coming and going. We were blessed with great weather which was an added bonus…….felt like a sun holiday. Thank you for a wonderful break.

We felt we were staying in a home away from home.
Pros:

The staff were extremely good. They were very friendly. They were very fast too. The food was excellent. The place was very clean. The customers were overwhelmingly families with young children and grandparents and very senior citizens.

Cons:

An additional chair and luggage space in the room would have helped

We felt very comfortable and safe. Good door security.
Pros:

Lovely restaurant/pub with very good food at reasonable price. We stayed in more expensive hotels on our trip but we liked this one best. Great value, comfortable, good food, nice people.

Nice place to be - especially for a short term trip.
Pros:

Friendly and polite staff.
Easy check-in and check-out.

Cons:

The steak for the dinner - "well-done" was not what i have expected.
All others are fine.

Sorry but won't be back!

Very close to everything you could need and also minutes away from the outlet.

I messaged the hotel twice about doing something for my daughter's 10th birthday (which is why we were staying) they didn't answer me both times. When we arrived no one greeted us, that includes a smile. If I'm honest it felt like no one could be bothered dealing with us. Got to the hotel room, there was dirty hair in the bath, a bit of wet soggy tissue in the sink, no hand soap, the toilet roll was obviously sealed with the tap and the ring on the toilet roll was dirty from the sink tap and again, no greeting in the room. Also something to be mindful of when you get there, the hotel part doesn't have any staff in it at all and there is not a phone in the room. If you want to contact someone you have to call a mobile number and that's just for nights! There was no air-con so myself and my partner were up the entire night because it was so uncomfortably hot in the room!! We went for a drink, again no happy staff at the bar, got a mocktail for the birthday girl and they didn't have any of the stuff so they gave her strawberry (nothing else) and charged the same price!!! Overall I'm absolutely gutted for my wee girl, she loves hotels and she was so disappointed.

This isn't something that's required of course but my daughter came in to get her breakfast, she had all of her birthday stuff on (crown, badge etc) so excited to see "how many happy birthdays I can get" and no one even so much as said happy birthday to her! You guys need to do better, she's a kid, you started her 10th birthday celebration rubbish. Worked in retail for years and some customers are awful but you work in this industry because you're supposed to care. No one even asked us how our stay was and we were sat there for over an hour. Maybe some customer service training?

Pros:

Locatie liniștită, camera curată,personalul foarte amabil

Cons:

Lipsesc in toate camerele perii pentru toaletă, de fapt cred ca on zona, nicăieri nu au. Personalul de la curățenie au ridicat gunoiul si au schimbat prosoapele ( numai la cerere, altfel nu trec prin cameră) de vasul de toaletă nici nu s-au atins.

Pros:

L'accueil de l'équipe, l'ambiance très conviviale, le confort et la propreté des chambres, le grand parking. Nous avons également apprécié le restaurant au sein de l'établissement, repas excellent et breakfast fort copieux. Par ailleurs l'emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre l'aéroport en peu de temps.
