Pros:

Totul: personalul, curatenia, calitatea exceptionala a saltelei, apropierea fata de zona de cumparaturi si fata de transportul in comun, check-in si check-out facute foarte usor si repede.

Cons:

I have stayed here multiple times but on this occasion the bath had hairs all over it, as though someone had done a lot of hair shaving and it hadn't been cleaned.

A staff member came to clean it however afterwards there was a problem with the bath plug (it was too small so the water was draining when filling up the bath). Reception was understanding and said they would sort it. Unfortunately when the member of staff came back to the room with the plug i was angry by their demeanor. He was relaxed and leaning against the wall, had the biggest smirk on his face and laughed whilst dangling a bath plug.

I was not impressed because all i wanted to do was give my young child, who was now awake past their bedtime, a bath. I didn't find the situation funny at all. My child was crying as they were very tired and this gentleman found the situation funny.

I don't normally complain but the customer service at a time when i was frustrated and had to call reception twice was below what I expect from this establishment.

Leider durch das Benehmen des Chefs, nicht mehr so schön wie früher.
Pros:

Ich mag die Lage des Hotels, und auch das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht schlecht. Außerdem kann man dort gut parken.

Cons:

Ich war bereits circa 15 mal in diesem Hotel. Ich weiß nicht, ob der Rezeptionschef neu ist, aber für englische Verhältnisse war er mehr als unfreundlich. Und leider auch sehr arrogant. Sehr schade, denn ich bin immer gerne dorthin
