Decent place for a quick stay. But don’t expect much from here!!

Great location, decent price

Cons:

It said no smoking at all but all you could smell was smoke in the hall ways. Said no dogs but the room across from us had little dogs that kept barking all the time. Hot was was not hot just warm and shower pressure was low also no coffee either morning at the free breakfast

Cancelled our rooms and didn’t inform us
Pros:

Price was right

Cons:

Hotel cancelled our reservation because of inadequate employee training. Took us an hour to rebook and get to ours rooms which were not the same type rooms we booked.

It was frustrating, but the room was nice once we go into one
Pros:

It was clean and nice. Rooms were spacious

Cons:

They cancelled our rooms the day of our trip and never let us know. We arrived at 12:30am with a car full of kids only to find out they cancelled our rooms due to a trying to overcharge the 3rd party booking agent. They were out of rooms, so we had to contact booking.com to have them approve putting our payment on a different room at their sister hotel, Sleep Inn. It would have been nice to have been notified by someone that our room had been canceled.
