It did what I wanted it for, quite expensive but given the time of year probably par for the course.
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower and toilet facilities were fine. I wasn't bothered by outside noise.
Staff were friendly.
Breakfast (full English) was very enjoyable.
Location was ideal for the purpose of my trip.

Cons:

I only used the room and breakfast facilities so can't comment on other aspects.

Good for the money
Pros:

It was good for the money....if..... it wasn't so ridiculously hot upstairs!.... I know that the weather is not their responsibility, but only a small fan didn't help at all!

Cons:

Better cooling

Disappointing
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the evening meal good.

Cons:

The room was airless, so hot and stuffy that we had to get up at 2am to go outside, where it was quite cold, to cool down.. We could not open the windows far enough to get a flow of.
The room was also extrenely noisy, as it was situated next to a busy crossroads with lights, and traffic was heard all night often revving up after having to wait at the lights. There were also bright neon lights that came past the inadequate curtains.
