Pros:

The indoor pool was great. My kids went every night and the breakfast was really delicious.

Cons:

The only bad thing about the room is the door for the bathroom. It is a sliding door that wouldn't close all the way so there's a gap which leaves for no privacy. Everything else was great.

Needs new air conditioners and not a great place to stay with a dog
Pros:

Location was easy to get to. Lobby nice, liked the cucumber water. Front desk person was friendly. Room was nice

Cons:

The air conditioner! It was 97 when we arrived, the noise coming out of the air conditioner was not tolerable, had to turn it off then on to cool the room. Could not sleep with it on and the room lhgot hot. Asked the front desk about it and they said all of the rooms have the same problem and a lot of people complain about it. Also, this property has no pet relief area except the sidewalk, hot rocks and ornamental bushes. Would not stay here with a dog again.

Except for the shower faucet problem, everything else is good.
Pros:

Good: Location and service.

Cons:

The shower faucet is having a problem. The water gets too hot, so we can only turn it on a little bit to get a comfortable temperature for showering.

We loved our room. Lots of space, the kitchen was amazing, and staff were very nice.
Pros:

It was easy access to everything we needed. The convention center, shops, and Starbucks!

Cons:

That it didn’t have a hot tub.

As nice as this hotel is I think I would look at staying at a place where I can get Netflix on the tv.
Pros:

The room itself was excellent. Plenty of room to roam and clean. The grounds were nice too with the outdoor fire pits and seating.

Cons:

Traffic noise is annoying. Cannot get internet on tv so no Netflix . No clothes hooks in the bathroom.

A great short get away for the family
Pros:

Great value, highly recommend
