Great place to stay
Pros:

It was very spacious and had a comfortable beds.
It was also walking distance to the train station.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but complimentary breakfast was nice.

All staff were very helpful and kind. My suite was comfortable and I felt right at home my entire stay.

Overall I would stay at this location again. I don't think parking should be charged.
Pros:

breakfast could have been better.. butter and other things were not in individual packs, I would rather not use a container that someone else has been using

Cons:

breakfast... Also I was charged for parking...never informed on your website about parking.....

Great hotel - will definitely stay there again when we’re in the area.
Pros:

We rented two rooms for our family and both were very clean, and the layout was great.

Cons:

The air conditioning kept coming on, even after we adjusted it. We finally managed to set it at 70 for the duration of our stay.

High energy children
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Great value. But not very welcoming or kid friendly. We arrived at 2 Am there was a large group of adults in the main area- very loud group- some were out by the parking lot as we carried in the luggage’s- loud and drunk- you could hear them from our room on the second floor.
Yet the front desk complained about our children making noise on that very night- quiet hours start at 10pm apparently only for children not for grown folk getting drunk at 2AM - then the next night complained again and threatened to quick us out.Our children were not running in the hallways or left unattended at any point. Also our room wasn’t next to any other guest rooms. The room to the right is q mechanical room and to the left was the small balcony. Which leads me to believe it was the reception lady- both nights the same lady was at the front- I explained that we have an active 5 year old and 2 year. If you have autistic children or high energy children I would reframe from booking here as it will not be met with kindness or understanding. Or make sure you get the first floor. Or maybe the rooms are not sound proofed correctly, carpet too thin Not sure, good luck.

Perfect location, perfect room cant wait to stay again.
Pros:

I love how close it was to the train station as we were traveling into the city to celebrate my daughters 19th birthday.

Cons:

I loved everything from the decor to the mini store downstairs.

Enjoyed our stay - would definitely come back!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

Cons:

Had to reset the thermostat in the main bedroom in our suite a few times. Kept resetting to a lower temperature. But that was a minor issue
