I don't think it's right to charge for parking. I wouldn't recommend this place to family or friends

I liked this place a Whole lot until now.

I liked the breakfast, & the location.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was No ice, I didn't like that we couldn't watch tv out whole stay! & I didn't like that I got charged twice on my bank card & got charged twice for parking! & I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY DEPOSITS OR PARKING FEE BACK!

Nettes und hilfsbereitens Personal, besonders im Frühstückbereich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Ich hatte keinen Adapter für das amerikanische Stromnetz, im vorherigen Hotel bekam ich einen leihweise von der Rezeption. Die Empfehlung auf die benachbarten SB-Märkte war leider erfolglos. Handys und weitere Geräte konnten über die bestehenden Anschlüsse an der Nachtkonsole geladen werden. Rasierapparat und Zahnbürsten etc. hingegen leider nicht.

Convenient Location, terrible front of house staff
Pros:

Pretty much the only thing I liked about the property was the convenience factor of being close to the concert venue I was attending a show at. I should have just stayed at a different Hilton property in the city.

Cons:

The room was small, which isn't a big deal. The reason I will not return to this Hilton property is mostly due to the staff. While it is was convenient to the location I was attending a concert I ultimately should have just gone to a different Hilton property in the City.
