Pros:

Quand nous sommes arrivée nous avons dû prouvé que nous avions payé la chambre avec l’application .La propriétaire a même pris des photos.Réception plutôt froide
Lorsque nous sommes rentrée dans le logement il n’y avais pas de couette ni de store .Porte d’entrée vitrée + 1 fenêtre qui est dans la cuisine donc dès les premiers rayon vous êtes réveiller.
Ce qui m’a le plus étonné c’est qu’il n’y ai qu’un jet d’eau sans cadre pour la douche vous vous douchez avec une évacuation au sol à côté des toilettes.Dans la salle de bain vous ne pouvez donc pas vous habillez car le sol est trempé. Pour aller au toilette après une douche vous finissez avec les pieds trempé.
Le matin, lors du déjeuner la propriétaire était dans son coin c’est le barman qui est venu nous voir .
Je ne recommande pas du tout.Nous somme venu en vacance mais aucun accueil chaleureux je ne recommande pas.Aucune intimité tout le monde vous vois

Pros:

Very basic property - no lamps, no main light shade, hard mattress, and the shower took a good few minutes to warm up before flooding the bathroom. We had to ask for a kettle and hairdryer and one of the plug sockets came loose, which was clearly unsafe. When we moved the bed away to check for things we might have dropped at the end of the stay we found little snail things nesting. Gross. The hospitality was good, however, and the complimentary breakfast - including homemade dumplings and fig jam - was welcome. Ksamil is great when the sun shines, and this accommodation is close to the many coves and beaches. A trip to Butrint National Park is a must, but takes a good 15-minute bus ride (around the hour mark, every hour). Ksamil itself is very much a work in progress. Opposite this “hotel” is a half-finished and deserted building - one of many - and litter is strewn on the beaches and streets. There was an animal skull on the street less than 200 feet from the door.
