Guests are kindly asked to contact the property at least 2 days in advance to arrange the check-in.

The restaurant where you have to check in is generally open between 09:00 and 22:00, but is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays outside of high season. It is also closed every year between the 2nd and 4th week of January.

Please note that pets are only allowed in room B1 upon request and for a surcharge of EUR 25.

Please note that there is no daily cleaning service at the apartments. Guests can request an intermediate cleaning without laundry change for EUR 15 and an intermediate cleaning with laundry change for EUR 30 at any time during their stay.

Cons:

Das Bett war leider recht unbequem ohne richtige Kopfkissen, außerdem konnten die Dachflächenfenster des Zimmers und des Badezimmers nicht abgedunkelt werden.

- das Badezimmer stand nach jedem Duschen "unter Wasser" - schlechter Ablauf und zu kurzer Duschvorhang

Diese Unterkunft kann man niemandem empfehlen!
Cons:

Für zwei Personen viel zu klein! Keine Sitzmöglichkeit für die zweite Person!
Kein Platz, um zu essen ( außer im Bett)!
Geschirrausstattung mehr als dürftig!
Kein ordentliches Brotmesser!
Vernünftiges Kaffeekochen war unmöglich!
Keine großen Tassen vorhanden z.B. für Tee
In der Dusche kam es zu einer Überschwemmung, weil das Wasser nicht
ablief!

Wie immer ein Gefühl von „zu Hause“ absolut gemütlich und zum wohlfühlen
Pros:

Ich halte mich regelmäßig in Timmendorfer Strand und Umgebung auf und habe schon einige Unterkünfte gehabt. Aber hier im Seaside Townhouse ist es einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Es ist das 2. Mal dass ich dieses Zimmer zur Weihnachtszeit nutze. Der Kamin, bietet sich perfekt an, um etwas gemütliche Weihnachtsdekoration aufzustellen. Meine Familie sowie Freunde kamen zu Besuch und waren ebenfalls begeistert von diesem gemütlichen Apartment. Man ist hier zu Hause ! Die Dame die sich um die Reinigung der Zimmer kümmert, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr gut!

Zentral gelegen, 700 Meter bis Ortsmitte, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Großzügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Heizung in der kalten Jahreszeit

Das Zimmer war sauber, warm und hell. Als das WLAN mal nicht ging wurde schnell reagiert und der Fehler behoben.

Cons:

Ein Toaster wäre noch schön gewesen und vielleicht etwas mehr Geschirr (kleine Schüsseln für Müsli z.B.), aber dies nur als Verbesserungsvorschlag, nicht als Kritik!

Sehr sauber und echt schön...Tip top...

Aber das WLAN ist wirklich nicht gut... unbedingt den Router einstellen...( Fritzbox 6660) hat in den unteren Zimmern einfach keine Leistung und springt nach 1min wieder raus...

Egal trotzdem echt schön..

Sofern die negativen Punkte beseitigt werden, eine schöne Unterkunft in zentrale Lage
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Gute Betten, mit sehr schönen harten Matratzen.

Cons:

Durch den starken Bewuchs rund um die Terrasse war das Zimmer relativ dunkel. Extrem kleines Waschbecken. Absolut schlechte WLAN-Verbindung, ständig brach die Internet-Verbindung ab - echt eine Katastrophe!
