The owners were lovely. They really helped me to settle in. They were quick to respond.
The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. The location was very convenient. Lots of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants within metres of the building. And the Venice Mall was a 5 minute walk away.
I should have received a document before arrival to prove my booking to security at reception. I did not receive this and it took time for them to contact the owner. There were a few minutes where I thought they were not going to let me stay. That was a concern.
The owner said they definitely sent it but I definitely did not receive it.
The owners were wonderful people and I believe it was just an oversight. These things happen.
Tidiness, nice and welcoming owners, the place near to a mall, amenities in the house.
The location. It's walking distance to a lot of attractions. But the best reason for me to come back is the warm hospitality James and Tin gave us. They helped us in everything like where to eat nearby and they kindly booked us with GRAB as we don't know how to use the app😂

Than 10 mins by drive. The hosts .. Tin and James are accommodating and responds to any requests that you need/make anytime of the day or
Night (lovely couple!!) Good neighborhood stores to get your water and other immediate needs.
The bed is a bit on the hard side for our taste but clean linens and towels and pillows. Need a full length mirror in the living room/dining area! The bathroom sink was very slow to flow just need some maintenance and could use fresh paints in the restroom. Did not affect our comfort while checked in!

Lovely apartment, has everything you could want. The host is one of the nicest hosts I've ever met, went above and beyond what is expected... even brought me some cooked food to eat on New Year's Eve 😊

The HOSTS, James and Tine Maningo, were superb; I cannot fault them. There are lots of awesome points.
It is the BEST Airbnb that I have experienced around Mckinley Taguig. The unit was very clean and tidy. The layout of the unit seemed huge. Toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner were ample; others, including coffee, tea, and garbage bags, were also ample.

Everything I experienced while staying at Morgan Suites Residence, hosted by James and Tine, was beyond my expectations. In saying this, there's nothing that I can say I didn't like. I'll use them again on my succeeding trips to the Philippines
Everything was fantastic from the immediate welcoming reception from the host James until check out It was very clear that he and his wife take pride in going above and beyond as hosts. I'd highly recommend the place and would not hesitate to book it again when back in Manila!
Not one thing
I recently stayed for my birthday celebration and overall, it was a delightful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi, added to the convenience and comfort of the stay.
The bathroom was immaculate and stocked with high-quality toiletries. I particularly appreciated the rainfall shower, which was a refreshing way to start the day.
The location is perfect for those who want a sound and quiet neighborhood but still want the convinience of mall and other establishment, as it’s just a short walk from the venice grand canal mall. The hosts were friendly, hospitable and attentive, always ready to assist any time of the day. Will surely book again!
This place was fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even with some cooking and cleaning supplies.
The shower head didn't seem to function well. But I'm sure it can be fixed next time.
The location is great, and the accommodation is nice and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
