Pros:

Tiene una vista y ubicación muy muy buena!! Y la gente te atiende es muy cálida! Tuvimos un problema y nos ayudaron y cambiaron de habitación

Sus muebles ya están viejos en cuanto a camas etc, es muy lindo todo pero le haría un cambio en ese aspecto porque tienen todo para ser el mejor de Vieste

Posizione, terrazzo e gentilezza del proprietario

Cons:

La struttura è piuttosto datata. Le camere risultano umide e, purtroppo, il condizionatore non funzionava (anche se il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ha cercato di risolvere il problema). Inoltre, le stanze non sono insonorizzate, infatti si sentono chiaramente i rumori delle camere vicine e per salire ci sono delle scale abbastanza ripide. Il Wi-Fi, infine, prende poco, soprattutto al terzo piano.

Old property in a perfect location family run.
Pros:

C17 property on the sea wall. Full of character. Facilities were functional and clean. Owners were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Restaurant next door was very good.

Cons:

On street parking and steep stairs.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt. Wegen einer Baustelle war es nicht möglich nah an der Unterkunft zu parken. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Great location and friendly host. Probably not recommended in the spring season.
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful host. The room is big and has it`s own bath which also is of good style. All in all the anterior is old but functional. An absolute highlight: The breakfast. The host made a whole table of food just for me alone and even fired up the oven to warm up the room. Probably my favourite moment of the trip!

Cons:

I came before the main season (march). Unfortunately the road to the hotel was closed, so I had to find payed parking in the centre. I don´t think that the bath had been cleaned after winter, because there was a lot of dust on the toilet and on the lamps.

Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch das rüde Verhalten der Eigentümer getrübt
Pros:

Ein Hotel wie aus der Zeit gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr lieb angerichtet und der Raum wurde mit einem Holzofen beheizt. Es gibt eine atemberaubende Dachterrasse mit Blick übers Meer und die Stadt.

Cons:

Es gab Unstimmigkeiten mit der Bezahlung von Steuer und Hund. Aber anstatt es in Ruhe mit booking.com zu klären, wollte man meinen Mann nicht mehr ins Hotel lassen und der Mann der Eigentümerin schrie nach der Polizei. Einfach unterirdisch. Da blieb ein bitterer Beigeschmack. Unser Zimmer war leider auch kalt. Leider war die Zufahrt auf Grund von Baustellen nicht möglich-ein Shuttle für das Gepäck nicht angeboten. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn man vorab davon erfahren hätte.

tanta fatica, poca attenzione ai particolari
Pros:

1) posizione rispetto alla passeggiata serale,
2) colazione vista mare

Cons:

1) grande fatica per accedere alla stanza non essendoci ascensore ed essendo i gradini alti e scivolosi
2)Colazione del secondo giorno con cornetti inaciditi probabilmente ecceduti il giorno prima e torte e biscotti con forte odore di lievito usato in abbondanza forse per risparmiare su burro o olio
3)mancata pulizia della camera
4) impossibilità di tenere la macchina nelle vicinanze nelle 12 ore serali con disagio e aggravio costi per il parcheggio
5) alcuni oggetti dell'arredamento comune particolarmente degradati messi solo per fare effetto antico e facciata dell'hotel altrettanto degradata
