Cons:

Poco pulita( polvere in camera). Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della doccia perché non c’è acqua calda ( solo prima di partire abbiamo saputo che occorreva accendere lo scaldabagno ma nessuno aveva dato indicazioni sull’utilizzo dello stesso).

Il faut savoir que si vous venez à Vieste il y a des marches partout

Tiene una vista y ubicación muy muy buena!! Y la gente te atiende es muy cálida! Tuvimos un problema y nos ayudaron y cambiaron de habitación

Cons:

Sus muebles ya están viejos en cuanto a camas etc, es muy lindo todo pero le haría un cambio en ese aspecto porque tienen todo para ser el mejor de Vieste

Pros:

Posizione, terrazzo e gentilezza del proprietario

Cons:

La struttura è piuttosto datata. Le camere risultano umide e, purtroppo, il condizionatore non funzionava (anche se il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ha cercato di risolvere il problema). Inoltre, le stanze non sono insonorizzate, infatti si sentono chiaramente i rumori delle camere vicine e per salire ci sono delle scale abbastanza ripide. Il Wi-Fi, infine, prende poco, soprattutto al terzo piano.

Old property in a perfect location family run.
Pros:

C17 property on the sea wall. Full of character. Facilities were functional and clean. Owners were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Restaurant next door was very good.

Cons:

On street parking and steep stairs.
