Awful! Nasty, inhospitable staff. Wi-Fi didn't work in Privelege rooms. Nowhere to lounge.
Pros:

Nothing much went well. One member of staff had a cheery countenance. It was handy for the Moulin Rouge. breakfast was good.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi wasn't working on 8th and 9th floors - for 5 days. On day 3 the maintenance man who was fixing our safe said it hadn't been reported. He tried to fix it but failed. Worse though was the inhospitable manner of staff. We tried to sit on the Terrasse. The literature had said that there was a terrace, a work area, a bar and something else. The lift sign and other signs have them all listed seperately but we were told the terrace was a bar (even though there were no drinks bar on it with no customers except for three young people under asleep under a tree, and that we MUST buy drinks to sit there. There was no other place to lounge except for a couple of camping chairs and a small sofa between the check-in desk and the elevator. Lastly, the toilet cubicle in our room was about the size of an airplane toilet, and painted grey. Most people's legs would touch the door! Claustrophobic space. Avoid this place and get an apartment.

Location was good.

Cons:

Poor quality towels and supplies enough only for one person. Staff required us to come to reception for additional towels. Foam pillows. One of three elevators broken, so had to wait multiple full cars to go down on Monday morning.

Parfait et très agréable 👌🥰
Pros:

Ça va faire la 5ème fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement 😊. Je me sens hyper bien et le personnel est très aimable, accueillant, souriant et très professionnel 👌🥰. Pour mon dernier séjour qui était du 27.07 au 29.07, j'ai demandé à être surclassée dans une chambre privilège car j'avais déjà été surclassée auparavant 🥰. Je crois que c'est le manager qui était à la réception, tellement gentil, j'étais avec mon fils de 8ans, il nous a donné la chambre 843 qui donne la vue sur la tour Eiffel 🤩. Mon fils était émerveillé durant tout le séjour car il regardait la tour Eiffel illuminée le soir, c'était très pationant pour lui👌🤩🤩. J'ai passé un agréable séjour 🥰. Pas de raison de changer d'endroit. J'y reviendrai encore à mon prochain voyage en france, à paris 🥰🥰🥰

Cons:

Le seul hic est le payement sur Booking. Sur l'application Booking, à part la réservation : payer sur place avec carte de crédit, il y'a aussi l'option de la possibilité de payer le séjour avant. Et lorsqu'on arrive à la réception, l'hôtel ne peut malheureusement pas voir, apparemment la validation de paiement sur Booking. Ça peut causer des malentendus. Mon séjour du 23.07 au 26.07 avait déjà été payé sur Booking, l'hôtel ne pouvait pas voir mon paiement. C'est plus tard que j'ai reçu un mail d'excuses de l'établissement qu'après vérification, mon séjour avait bien été payé sur Booking. Vu que le 27.07 je suis revenue à l'hôtel pour 2 nuits, il y'a eu le même beug mais la vérification s'est faite de suite. Le manager a bien vu que le paiement avait été validé. Heureusement qu'on s'est tous bien compris. Ça aurait été un autre client, ça aurait pu escalader. Je pense qu'à l'avenir si un client confirme que le paiement a été validé sur Booking, c'est mieux de vérifier à l'instant, comme ça tout sera ok👍. C'était juste ce petit beug avec le paiement sur Booking, sinon le reste, rien à signaler. Je suis très satisfaite du service dans cet hôtel 🥰
