Pros:

Location was alright as I needed a short connection to Gare de l'Est.
Having Montmartre rather close was a nice addition.

I have stayed with this chain(Mercure) before but was not expecting this.

Enjoyed our stay. Metro short walk buses pass by hotel
Pros:

Surrounded by local Cafes restraunts, Moulin Rouge 5 mins walk, Corcorans bar, local road train to Basilique du Sacré. Beautiful little village for lunch beside Basilique. Staff excellent check in / out, and breakfast team

Cons:

Toilet in room ......ridiculously small
