Pros:

Every member of staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were hot, tasty and good value for money. Location is great. Room was clean, comfortable and a decent size.

Cons:

It's not a dislike, more of an observation - the decor is a little tired and could do with upgrading.

Comfy over night stop off
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Massive family room. Plenty of tea and coffee. Nice warm room. Good value for the price we paid. Would stay again.

Cons:

Very creaky floorboards as others have said. No way of being quiet. Luckily guests above us not up until gone 8am so wasn't an issue

Lovely large family room with sea view.
Free Parking very easy.
Staff friendly
Good value for money, despite small comfort issues I’d book again for this price.

Cons:

Room 2 was first floor above the bar, unfortunately was open mic night so it was loud until 10pm but ok after that.
Double bed was two singles pushed together with very thin mattress and thin duvet and basic bedding, overall ok for the price.
Sofa had stains though I didn’t open to a bed to see the rest of it.
Bathroom had rat bait boxes left out which is a bit concerning.
The complimentary toiletries was simply an all-in-one wash gel, very basic, recommend you bring your own.
Restaurant key was basic burgers and chips, very limited so I walked along the seafront to local car instead.

Went for my birthday sprained my ankle on my birthday almost fell down the stairs when leaving early

We only had the dinner witch was overpriced but nice

Cons:

Our room got switched last minute from the first floor to the third floor which is bad with two Asthmatics

The staff where amazing. Huge room n amazing, great food. Parking also. Brill place. Comfy bed n huge bathroom. Loved it all. Brilliant chef.
