Hotel mit Potenzial aber auch sehr sehr schmutzig

Das Hotel hat oder hätte großes Potenzial, die Zimmergröße ist gut und auch das Bad ist ok. Es gibt 2 Aufzüge.

Sehr sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Eine ordentlixhe Grundreinigung aller Bereiche und auch den Zimmern ist dringend notwendig. Im Essbereich vom Frühstücksbuffet kleben sogar die Stühle am Boden fest, und das jeden Tag. Die Handtücher sind klein und sehr als.

Séjour en hôtel agréable et tranquille
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse avec une grande baie vitrée, très bien équipée. Espace douche très appréciée. Très grand lit très confortable. Salle petit-déjeuner au 8ème étage avec espace extérieur terrasse et vue particulierement appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était excellent.

Cons:

1-la musique pendant le petit déjeuner est agréable, mais devient rapidement obsédante parce que répétitive en particulier avec la percussion--tambour--.Il serait important qu'elle soit tout aussi calme, mais beaucoup plus variée, au risque de devenir rapidement insupportable !
2-le personnel de réception est sympathique, mais il serait impératif pour ce type d'hôtel que les réceptionnistes soient en mesure d'échanger, comme dans la plupart des cas dans les hôtels au Vietnam, avec un minimum de connaissances en anglais. En effet, échanger par l'intermédiaire d'un traducteur de mobile--pas toujours fiable--devient vite pénible.
3-aucun plan--même simplifié--de la situation de l'hôtel par rapport à l'agglomération de Duong Dong. Quand on arrive, on ignore absolument où on se trouve...!

Overall satisfied with everything, the room, breakfast and the location.
Pros:

Breakfast is good spread of food, and changes on some everyday.
Room is spacious with comfortable king size beds. Love the big class window with nice view.
Staff are friendly and polite.
Location is central.
Price is very reasonable.

Cons:

Bedsheets not perfectly tucked in on 1st day when we arrived.
Found a small lizard in the bathroom.
