Great location, right across from the station. Lots of places to eat around there.
Very convenient for access to Tokyo airports
Small rooms, but extremely convenient to Shinagawa station. The breakfast is free, but very limited. The staff is excellent and a great location for getting around Tokyo.
Room wa clean and well maintained, very organized.
Though it was a small room, it was very clean. The check in stuff was excellently helpful.
Really small rooms. The light breakfast was terrible. I don't know why they bothered.
Room is very small. Staff was in a hurry. Close to train station.
Everything was awesome! Thank you!
The hotel is perfect , we like it a lot . If we come back , we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
This hotel is right across from Shinagawa Station which made it very convenient to get around. Nearby there is a lot to do, lots of shops and restaurants on site, and even a 7 Eleven downstairs.
Only negative is that the rooms are pretty tiny and the AC didn’t work great. Not sure it ever really cooled down to the temp we set it.
I’d still consider staying here again as the location and shops around were nice.
Though the room size is very small, staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel is also very accessible to train station. We loved our stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel N Tower
Service is good. The facility is clean.
Convenient
Close to subway and train stations.
It is very close to the train station to get anywhere you’d like to tour.
Small room size but it was overall decent. I would like to see a little more variety on the continental breakfast. Or at least mix up a little bit. Staff are very polite.
The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was immaculate. The location is very convenient. Literally across the street from Shinagawa Station, which made it incredibly easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. Shinagawa Station is also not as crazy as Shinjuku Station or Shibuya Station.
Has a curry smell at the entrance but the location is perfect.
Breakfast is a joke but who needs it with 7/11 at the gate?
I keep staying in this hotel due to fair price and grate train and Shinkansen location
Staff members were professional and well-trained. Breakfast was excellent. My room was well equipped and quiet.
It’s very near to trains, making it convenient for travel. We only stayed 1 night as a base prior to leaving for Osaka next morning.
The rooms/bathrooms are small, but efficient. It’s non-smoking but I think it must have been a smoking room we were in at one point.
The check in was smooth, we actually upgraded to a room with bigger bed.
The breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, toast, etc. With nice juice and coffee machine for lattes, cappuccino.
