Pros:

The location is good. Central to Lephalale i guess.

Cons:

Reception not clear to new comers. Did some driving around to find the reception.
Carpet to be changed. When entering the passage and rooms, you can smell the stuffiness of the carpet. Didn't like the fact that you are charged for room service.

Pros:

Warm welcome at the reception, clean room. Best linen. Quiet and peaceful. The pool 👌. Enjoyed swimming in such a clean pool.

Bad internet, but fine otherwise.
Pros:

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

Cons:

Internet was down for 2 days. They don't replace coffee that you use. TV remote is half broken. TV has bad quality due to a coax cable hanging on by a thread.

Reception staff was very unhelpful
Pros:

Restaurant on site is lovely

Cons:

WiFi was terrible
Rooms in the double story side are musty, dark and very out dated.
Staff handed my room key and didn’t even greet, I had to ask were the room was and go look for it myself. Over priced for what was offered.
