Good location, value, service
Pros:

Great location, Sam who checked me on was super friendly.
I didn't eat in the pub but drinks service was good.
Room was standard, huge bed.
For my needs perfectly good, and good nightly rate mid week.
Free parking and WiFi.

It is very good for what I require, I have stayed there many times. It is just what I need for work

It is in an excellent location for me for work and has good facilities and a large car park... it is very homely

Cons:

Check in is occasionally slow at very busy times, because it is essentially a pub venue.
