I'll be back!
Pros:

We really liked the room. Plenty was provided for breakfast, bread, fruit, cereal, yogurt etc but if we had stayed for more than one night, we would have bought some ham and cheese, The staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking was good.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good

Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The room the bathroom, the awful pillows. The volume on tv. Only 23!! Max. No phone, horrible big light. That nearly blinded you. Only 1 light working, next to bed. Toilet seat was broken, no soap, shampoo etc. Towels were good, radiator was good, it worked. Staff were friendly, apart from a tall lad, working behind the bar. Bit coky gave me a lecture on why I must close my bathroom door. For the alarm, I felt that was the hotel's issue. Not a customers!. Beef chilli was horrible. Wouldn't stay there again. Was very disappointed.

Pros:

Room was comfy nice comfy bed. Smell of damp between hotel and bar reception. Staff very helpful and pleasant
Food in the pub OK a bit plasticy but my bugger was nice. Not a bad place to stay probably on parr with some of the better premier inns but with a more personnel touch.

Cons:

Booked thru Booking.com about a week before our stay. Contacted the hotel by email asking what time breakfast was,and could we book an evening meal did try to phone but people don't speak to one and other these days so you have to email.
What followed over the next few days was at least 5 emails. Asking me to confirm this and that including check in on line which I started but it was asking me to pay again! so I stopped checking in on line,in the end I ignored any further emails. When we check in at the hotel I said we would be leaving early next day not problem leave your key in the box. said the Manager. What followed on what for us was a very busy day at least 3 emails asking why we hadn't checked out on line. I didn't answer them. This morning 3 emails how did we do. Not answered.
Wont be staying there again cant be doing with all the hassle. This was 1 night in Chesterfield not a world cruise, by the way all the technology it didn't work. We walked in the restaurant on Saturday night and no table had been reserved for us.
