Beautiful quiet place within easy walking or cycling distance of the old town. Really lovely owner and staff.

Such a lovely spot! A bit out of the old town but a 40min walk and a few minutes drive. The owner was so so lovely and more than happy to help us with anything. Very quiet, clean, and nice pool :)

Such a different cozy style - I absolutely loved it! Serene, easy walk to restaurants, local market etc. Right beside the river but no mozzies! Quick ride into old town. fabulous clean pool! Well equipped kitchen guests are free to use. Gorgeous helpful staff. Great air conditioning, water pressure and temperature good .

Amazing stay. The room had a good size, it was clean and neat. The space itself is amazing for relaxing and resting. Very good location as it is near Hoi An and the beach. Staff was amazing and very helpful, as usual. Highly recommended

One of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam. The huts are nice, cozy and very clean. They are cleaned everyday and are topped up with water and coffee. The staff are AMAZING. They go above and beyond for their customers and speak fabulous English. The pool is a perfect place to relax and there is a kitchen and BBQ onsite for guests to use.

Bungalow, trees, swimming pool, river view, birds singing in the morning, hosts...everything is nice. Highly recommended for relaxing.

We spent 4 days there, and it was awesome !
The owner is so sweet and helpful. I lost my bag just before coming and she did everything she could to help me, which I really appreciated. She also gave us really good advice about what to do and see in Hoi An.
We really appreciated the location of the hotel : it's a really peaceful and calm environment but close to the historic city centre as well (15/20mn bicycle ride). We enjoyed the swimming pool and the rooms are really nice and cosy. I would definitely recommend this place !

I highly recommend this place. The cabins are fantastically constructed, the gardens perfectly manicured, maintained, beautiful, spacious; with lovely various furniture for relaxing. The hosts are polite, attentive, supportive, very kind, with perfect English; and you can contact them directly on WhatsApp with the number provided on Booking.com. The location is great, small walk to the river and surrounding areas very close.
Wifi is perfect, streams great, and a TV is here. Bicycles are available. Breakfast on request is yummy and cheap. Free water, tea, coffee, is given daily, and there is a bar with beer and soft drinks. Towels, sheets, etc. are changed regularly and on request. The water is hot all day long and even comes out hot in the sink (Very hot so take care... turn to the left on the tap for hot and right for cold) Grab delivers here also. Thankyou to the hosts, who have been kind and supportive to me during my stay. For piece and quiet, with beautiful people; it's worth a couple of weeks if you have the time and want to relax. 10*****
