L’accès à ma chambre m’a été refusé, donc rien.

Cons:

Le personnel de nuit ainsi que la responsable qui n’ont fait preuve d’aucun respect ni sympathie à l’égard d’une situation exceptionnelle, bien que mon entreprise soit cliente régulière de l’établissement.
J’ai payé presque 300e pour une nuit que je n’ai pas pu faire, sans remboursement à date.

Although I complained, all that happened is they washed the carpet, which still didn’t remove the stains.

Montrouge well positioned for peripheries and Porte d’Orleans metro.

Cons:

Hôtel is having construction work but that doesn’t explain the poor standard of the room. A shabby hotel with poorly finished rooms claiming to be 4 star!

Nice stay and good location for the Paris Guitar festival
Pros:

Breakfast was very good quality. Staff friendly in the bar, restaurant and reception staff helpful when asked questions for assistance in the local area. Room was clean and drinking water provisions were ready available on our floor free of charge with containers regularly replenished. Local restaurants within short walking distance

Cons:

Front of Hotel was a building site. Inside of room was very tired and in need repairing/modernising. Hallway carpet on level 3 was badly stained everywhere as though it had suffered from flood damage at some point
