The location is perfect

Cons:

Staff is passive-aggressive, not to the point of being point blank rude but still. Unhelpful when I went to say internet wasn’t working well. Blamed my cell phone. My check in was delayed by over one hour. I got there around the check in time and the excuse they gave that my room wasn’t ready is that the other guests who were occupying my room wouldn’t leave 😬

Arrivati in albergo alle 13.00 ci hanno detto che la nostra camera non era ancora pronta (nessun problema, siamo andati a mangiare qualcosa). Alle 14.00 la camera non era ancora pronta. Lo è stato all’incirca alle 14.20. All’atto del pagamento ci chiedono se vogliamo pagare anche per la colazione perché nella loro prenotazione non era inclusa. Io avevo prenotato con colazione, come faccio sempre, e avevo ricevuto la conferma da parte di booking. All’albergo questa conferma non risultava. Io ho mostrato loro la conferma che avevo ricevuto che era comprensiva di colazione e delle usuali tasse. Alla fine, dopo un quarto d’ora di discussioni si sono scusati venendosene fuori col fatto che da quel giorno la colazione era gratis per tutti e che il personale non era stato informato. Una cosa che non mi sono bevuto per niente. Tra le altre cose, per il disagio subito, non ci è stato offerto neanche un drink o un caffè…
