E hotel tem muito potencial pra ser 5 estrelas, estrutura maravilhosa, localização maravilhosa

Cons:

Os funcionários deixaram a desejar, viajei em comemoração de aniversário com meus amigos, comprei um bolo e esqueci no freezer, no checkout fizeram a vistoria do freezer e pagamos oq tínhamos consumido, e não falaram do bolo. Fomos almoçar do lado e deixamos a mala lá, quando voltamos e perguntamos do bolo falaram que não tinha bolo, a questão não foi nem o bolo em si. Mas a falta de honestidade, se sujar por um bolo? Fiquei extremamente chateada, não fizeram nem muita questão. Se fazem isso com algo simples, imagina com algo de valor.

Pros:

Le ménage effectué dans la chambre

Cons:

Pas de wifi, propreté et entretien de la piscine, petit déjeuner terminé avant l’heure et personnel du petit déjeuné.

Gostei muito. Voltaria com certeza. Apenas o vento sempre constante e as vezes forte. Mas a cidade .
Pros:

Gostei das acomodações, a localização, o atendimento, o café, as piscinas. Enfim, superou minhas expectativas. Ótimo custo/benefício.

Cons:

Funcionários extremamente despreparados para ajudar com problemas. Não havia gerente disponível no hotel, apenas recepcionistas sem preparo para resolver problemas simples sobre alterações de datas e dúvidas triviais. Ar condicionado do quarto sujo, não funcionou direito.

Só ficamos por um dia, pois estávamos de passagem pela cidade.
Pros:

A localização. Fica numa rua bem no agito, fácil acesso para a praia e restaurantes.

Cons:

Da piscina. Apenas algumas suítes têm acesso à piscina grande, as demais, utilizam uma piscina bem pequena que fica na laje do hotel.
