Pros:

La ubicación aunque no es centrica es comoda para moverse por trabajo y el hotel es funcional.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba bien limpiada. El hall para esperar eran dos sofás sin espacio. No tenía bar pedir un café y el desayuno era bastante regular.en la habitación los armarios son muy pequeños. No podías poner casi ropa, cuando se va por trabajo se agradece más espacio.

Pros:

I asked the hotel to prepare me a pick up service to the airport, but the driver didn’t show up for some reasons.
However, the hotel gave a a complimentary breakfast instead, which I appreciated because i didn’t know where to go in my first day in Hanoi.
Although troubles happen when you travel,this hotel is always there to serve you with whatever they can do for you.
I’m sartisfied with the spring hotel alter all.

Pros:

ホテル前からロビーまでの階段を重いスーツケースを上げ下げするのが大変でした。
一般的な同クラスのホテル同様「ホテルスタッフの手伝い」をしてくれる気配はありません。が、「駐車場からのエレベータ利用」もしにくい構造でした。
若いスタッフは数名いましたが良いホスピタリティはあまり感じませんでした。

Pros:

It was a pleasant stay. I only didn't like the room because it had no windows. The place is very far from shopping, dinning and destinations.
