Never going back.
Pros:

Staff was snotty and snooty; shouldn't be in the hospitality business. Buffet hot breakfast was $23. Really? Couldn't control room temperature. Pillows were awful. Not worth the money!

As a frequent traveller, I would highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again when in the area.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised to find such an updated, clean, modern facility. The staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the bar and management. Room was updated, spacious and exceptionally clean. Overall the hotel itself was very quiet, even with a lot of guests. Location is great, with many restaurants, stores, etc., close by.

Updated hotel nice location they need more cleaning staff so that rooms are available as promised at check in time.
Pros:

Property has been updated very nice bar in the lobby great location near a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.

Cons:

They need addl elevators it’s only one and it was an hike from the elevator and room 246. I also did early check in the night before and chose my room and when u arrived at 4:30 I was told only 1st floor rooms were available I do not like staying on the 1st floor which is why I selected a room on the 2nd floor I was then told the room was still dirty on the 2nd floor…check in was 3:00pm so to arrive at 4:30 and being told the room wasn’t clean was very disappointing. So I had to wait for the room I selected.

Other than the tv and air, my stay was good.
Pros:

I loved how close it was to the shopping areas. I liked that when I called and asked for a shower chair, and more towels the staff came right up to the room with it all.

Cons:

I didn’t like that if the guest in the bed room were watching tv it was so loud to the guest in the sitting room. I would suggest putting speakers up by the bed for that tv or putting a separating thing between the two. I also didn’t like that there was no air where the couch was it did get hot in there the whole time, so there needs to be a fan or something to help pull the air from the bedroom.
