It was nice until I saw that State of Colorado car WTF!!!!!

Telephone in the room was disconnected so could not call for room service or if something serious happened we would not be able to call 911 locally!!!!! THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I believe I was followed there by someone from the STATE OF COLORADO!!!! That’s why I was told I had to come down for all room service requests!!!!???? I’d like to know what this is all about???? Someone in a Colorado State Government Car is always parked across my house in Ohio now I go on vacation and it shows up at the same hotel I stay in???????

Very nice hotel. Would stay again.
Pros:

Very nice staff. Room was great, remodeled and clean. Was in a great location to the convention center. Easily accessible to stores and restaurants nearby! I like being able to park near my room.

Cons:

It was remodeled but some things you can tell were just painted over and wires were outside of wall and not hidden- for example the tv lines. But it was just minor. The overall room was very clean.

Staff pleasant, cost of room was reasonable, probably not stay there again.
Pros:

Nice area, nice pool, nice room. Put in a complaint to front desk about how loud the air conditioner was, kept waking us up, did not get fixed!
