Pros:

Var veldig fin hotell og hyggelig personale. Vi bestilte et standard rom for to personer, men da vi kom til hotellet var rommet veldig liten og trang enn forventet. Vi gikk ned til resepsjonen og spurte om vi kunne oppgradere rom og resepsjonisten bak gjorde det gratis for oss. Vi var veldig glade og fikk en fin opplevelse i Bergen.

Great breakfast and perfect location.

Cons:

Lot of rooms need probably an upgrade. The heater in my room didn't work on a cold winter night. Nothing was fixed during our stay.
