Agréable mais pas confortable

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La fontaine de mon étage fonctionnait pas tout le temps, l’emplacement pas sympa, le resto n’ouvrait pas le week-end. Le frigo de la chambre totalement pour rien car tenait la température ambiante même apres l’avoir rapporté

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien.

L'hôtel est à moins de 5min d'un arrêt de tramway direct vers le centre ville de Bordeaux.

Cons:

Cet hôtel est un peu vieillissant dans l'ensemble bien que la chambre soit vraiment très confortable et que le petit déjeuner soit servi dans un cadre agréable.

Nous avons été surclassés car un groupe de touristes est arrivé, pour ne pas que nous soyons dérangés nous a expliqué l'hôtesse d'accueil.

Quarto grande e moderno, casa de banho grande moderna, pequeno frigorífico no quarto máquina de café, funcionários simpáticos, parque de estacionamento do hotel, localização aceitável.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço muito pobre, sem reposição de tudo que esgotava, preço por pessoa 18.50 por dia, não é aceitável para um hotel 4 estrelas ter que sair do carro a chover para tocar à campainha, para entrar no hotel e estacionar .
