Très mauvais rapport qualite/prix. Ne mérite pas ses étoiles

Emplacement utile pour un déplacement sur palais des expositions

Durant mon séjour, le personnel était aux petits soins pour moi. Je recommande le buffet du petit-déjeuner qui est à tomber( bémol pour le jus d'orange) et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, à peine 50 m du tram.

Cons:

Je mettrais un bémol au jus d'orange du petit déjeuner. Un presse agrumes serait plus agréable plutôt que ce jus en bouteille.

Un très agréable séjour en famille, avec un personnel au top et des enfants ravis de la piscine !
Pros:

J’ai passé un très bon séjour, très agréable. Mes enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine. Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour en famille.

Cons:

J’ai simplement eu un petit souci de moustique dans ma chambre. J’ai prévenu l’établissement et l’équipe a été très réactive puisqu’on m’a immédiatement proposé de changer de chambre. Le problème a donc été rapidement réglé.

Cons:

La chambre est confortable, mais à rafraîchir (moquette, plinthe… peut être parce que c’est la fin de saison). Frigo dans la chambre sympa, mais cela serait un plus s’il était propre .

Le parking sécurisé, le personnel très à l’écoute et très agréable.

Cons:

Les équipements pour un 4 étoiles c’est pas fameux ! Savon pour les mains dans la douche, pas de gel douche ni de shampoing. Oreillers très plat pas confort du tout ! Pas d’eau dans le frigo à l’arrivée comme autrefois c’est bien dommage ..

Gute Anbindung an die Autobahn. Als Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise gut geeignet.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage und Minibar gaben ihr Bestes, doch bei 41 Grad draußen kam keine gute Kühlung auf. Zu wenig Steckdosen / Lademöglichkeiten für digitale Endgeräte. Zu wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher einer 4-köpfigen Familie. Keine Mülltüten in den Mülleimern im Bad und im Wohnbereich.

Très bien !
Pros:

Les chambres sont propres et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et très agréable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également excellent. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour la qualité de ses prestations.
