Closeness to the convention centre and inner city

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower, bathroom for the entire stay, room service didn't pitch on the first day at all, room was not clean with dust bunny's in the corner and near the bed. The Tv didn't work at all.
I complained at reception and a different room was promised, but it never materialised.
The breakfast offered was properly the most unhealthy and saddest thing I've seen since the mid eigthys. All cereals were sugar based, with no fresh fruit offered. Only white bread options, no eggs, and only processed cold meats. No fresh juices either.
The location is great, room, breakfast, and service, sadly not great at all.

The power in my room shut off in the middle of the night and I woke up at checkout time and had to ask for another hour to get everything together and missed breakfast when I had alarm set!
