Horrible and frightening
Pros:

Someone tried coming in my hotel room wit my fiancé and was banging on our door like they wanted to break in for 30 min and all the front desk said was the guy was harmless

Cons:

The heat was not regulated. Properly in my room was really cold. I was very uncomfortable the whole night and could not sleep.

Heaters don’t work in the entire hotel

The heating system went working and everyone who stayed there complained and many left before their multiple day stay was complete
It was absolutely freezing in the hotel and I didn’t sleep a wink
I’ll be requesting a full refund

The staff did not respond to the problems with the elevator that had people stuck. Frankly, this is completely outrageous.

No AC is absolutely ridiculous and should be advertised. They also charged my CC over 500 for authorization holds when I already paid

Great location, great staff, would definitely stay again, it changed my view on the brand.
Pros:

The 24/hour fresh ground coffee machine was an amazing amenity, it was great to come in after a long day and have a cup of cocoa or start the day with a great cup of coffee. It was a big improvement on value for my stay.

Cons:

Everything was great, the rooms were a little cold but this was due to a temporary climate control repair and my expectations were managed by the staff.

Cons:

The parking was so expensive and that was not clear in the description. The room we booked was not the room we received but the staff took care of that immediately. There was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast did not have many options.
