Cons:

Our shower did not work. We complained to hotel staff. They sent a maintenance person up to look at the problem. The pin you pull up in the faucet was stuck. The maintenance person pulled it up with significant effort. He noted it was very difficult to engage. He did not liberate it. Simply said it was very difficult to operate and went on his way. We could not operate it and, consequently, could not use the shower. As such, the hotel did not meet its advertised standard. The front dersk offered no compensation.
