DISAPPOINTING
Pros:

EASY ACCESS FROM HIGHWAY. IT WAS A LARGE HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

Cons:

THE ENTIRE HALLWAY WHERE OUR ROOM WAS SMELLED TERRIBLE. THAT SMELL MADE IT INTO OUR ROOM. THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

The hotel met my expectations for the price, although I wish the thermostat worked in my first suite
Pros:

The hotel was clean. Everything worked in my second suite and the staff was super friendly. The front desk offered free coffee.

Cons:

In my initial room, the wifi was not working. In addition, the thermostat did not work properly, so it never got warm enough in my room. When I talked to the staff the next day, they were more than happy to let me switch rooms. Overall, the hotel was clean, but you could tell its age. Some parts have been renovated while others, like the doors and some of the wood trim, betrayed their age. The suites came with sizeable refrigerators, which was nice.

Feels old and dowdy and needs updating

Cons:

Old, needs renovating. Room smelt of masked smoke from previous client. Bathroom old, bathtub multiple chips, black around all the fittings, tap loose, sink hot water often elusive, tap not convenient. 1 of 2 lifts broken and staff using working one to transfer stuff meaning long waits. Air conditioning noisy. Towels plentiful but small and non luxury. Some other guests very noisy in corridor after midnight .

Pros:

The location. Right off the highway

Cons:

Didn't like how there were people drinking what looked like alcohol right at the entrance. And there was always a crowd of people at the front of the hotel. One night they were hooting and hollering at us when I walked in with my teenage daughter. It made us feel very uncomfortable.

Very pleasant and enjoyable…….Great staff….
Pros:

The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. Tara the bartender was excellent….!!!!! Very busy and served in a timely fashion . The front desk staff Aiden and Fran also friendly. Check in and check a breeze. Convenient location. Food was excellent. Very clean. A very pleasant experience. Will stay over again….

Overpriced, But A Comfortable Stay
Pros:

When I informed the front desk of that I had no internet service from their wifi network and requested to be moved to a room closer, the accommodated with no problems. They also honored my request for a credit to my bill for the inconvenience.

Cons:

The hotel is an older facility which is considerably spread out. The far rooms are a good distance from the elevators. Hence, the challenges to their wifi network. Also, the bathroom fixtures and tile are very dated. The rate was definitely overpriced.
