Pros:

Clean. Very nice staff. Roomy.

Cons:

It is aging and needs updating. None of the ice machines on the first floor were operational. One of the two treadmills in gym did not work.

Hotel Nightmare
Pros:

Just the location.....plenty of parking

Cons:

No breakfest included, ac was not working had to change room, then the TV was not working. Had to send someone to fix it. Very dated and the staff pretended to be busy when they where not, very rude not even complimentary water. .....never returning and I travel alot

Low cost for incidental fee, the restaurant although we didn't visit it and the fact it had a pool that we also didn't visit.

Cons:

Wifi too forever to connect. The hot water also took a long time to get hot.

Adequate hotel with comfortable beds but many small touches missing
Pros:

The hotel restaurant was nice, and the service was terrific. It was a nice respite after a long drive up the northeast corridor. The staff was overall friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The TV, wifi, and phone were all in some state of disrepair, and the staff's solution was to give us a telephone number to call for tech help. The room was clean but dark and unwelcoming. They refused to let me connect my Wyndham Rewards number to the booking because I booked through booking.com.

Pet Fee Ripoff!
Pros:

Location easy from I-84, lobby was open.

Cons:

My rate was 90 bucks but my pet fee for 1 pet for 50 (!) and was not disclosed on Booking.com, and 1 mention of the pet fee in FAQs was 35 not 50. I got there at 930pm, was out by 830am. No breakfast, noisy ac unit, and older bathroom. Should've stayed at LQ down the road. Would have been a wash with their pet fee and they offer breakfast.

Pros:

I did not see a complimentary breakfast.
Bar in restaurant did not charge happy our price. When discussed with bar server was told I need to mention happy bour to receive reduced charge. Is this correct? On another occasion same issue.
Available coffee was very good.

Cons:

No Complimentary lemon water. No Food for take out at breakfast.
This review was sent to daughter, but she did not stay. Did did booking only. My email was used during booking.

Nice, clean hotel. Great value, convenient, would recommend for anyone staying in the area or passing through
Pros:

We loved how close it was to my sister’s place. It was very convenient for us. The rooms were spacious and the beds were cozy.

Cons:

We didn’t like how far of a walk it was for us to get to our room. We wished the hotel had two elevators so it would be less of a walk to get to our rooms. But besides that, everything else was good
