All in all ok. I would opt for something never next time.
Pros:

Very close to the Centrale station. Easy access to the metro.

Cons:

Not surprisingly, given its location, the building is old. A little tired. More a 3 star than a 4 star. No real restaurant other than limited dinner from 7-10. Breakfast included but bare minimum. Charged extra for many options. Bar was open intermittently.
Nothing major just a bunch of little things.

駅近で便利、クラシックな佇まい。
Pros:

駅からとても近いのがよかったです。
部屋も綺麗でした。
建物は昔ながらのデザインですがそれがとても良く保存されています。
朝ごはんはブッフェでしたが別途有料でオムレツなどを頼めます。
しかしブッフェが充分なので頼む必要はありませんでした。
スタッフはとても親切でチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。
