Pros:

A classic hotel, cozy and comfy to be there a couple of days. We liked the lobby bar and thw restaurant in the 6th floor. All the staff was very friendly and efficient while keeping a warm trear. Locationwise, right beside the train station..

Cons:

A bit overpriced being so far away from the very center in a bit sketchy area, but well...you are in Milan.

Location was fine but I would not chose this option again.
Pros:

Bathroom was good.

Cons:

I did not expect that my bed would be a pull out sofa bed rather than a proper bed.
I found that using four different keys/locks to come and go was a bit onerous.

Hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en Milán, cercano a la Estación Central de trenes. Con metro y bus. Habitación amplia y cuidada. Buen desayuno. Personal de comedor y recepción especialmente amable.

Posizione vicina alla stazione Centrale ma tranquilla. Albergo in stile tradizionale, appenda ristrutturato e restaurato. Ambienti confortevoli e di gusto. Cortesia, disponibilità e competenza del personale. Ristorante ottimo e con un menù ampio. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto favorevole.

Pros:

Atendimento educado e receptivo. O conforto do hotel e as comodidades são ótimos. O café é excepcional e atende muito bem o custo um pouco mais alto do que os outros hotéis que estivemos na Itália.

Não falamos inglês e o recepcionista que nos atendeu no primeiro dia não entendia muito o espanhol. Mas conseguimos nos entender
