Brilliant location
Pros:

This was our first time to Porto and we couldn't have got a better location as right in the middle of a shopping street near the Majestic Cafe and a short walk to the train station, which was great for the airport. Beautiful old hotel full of character. We stayed a week for B&B which was to our liking but maybe not a great selection for everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Spacious room and spotless, daily room service . Very comfortable bed but have to say pillows like rocks! Would say not a great wifi service in the bedrooms. The only other criticism of the room was squeaky floor boards, hard not to make a noise going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! Would not hesitate to stay there again, we really enjoyed our stay.

Un classico di Porto che non delude mai. Fascino storico, posizione centralissima e servizio impeccabile. Torneremo
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, impossibile chiedere di meglio. In pieno centro in via Santa Catarina, a piedi ovunque, stazione São Bento, Ribeira e Torre dos Clérigos a pochi minuti. L'hotel è storico, mantiene un fascino d'altri tempi ma con camere eleganti, pulitissime e silenziose. Staff eccezionale, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, dalla reception al ristorante. Colazione abbondante con prodotti locali di qualità e la terrazza all'ultimo piano è un plus bellissimo per un drink al tramonto. Per 4 notti ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Excelente solución familiar para conocer Oporto
Pros:

En la habitación familiar además de sofá cama tiene otro sofá disponible. Muy amplia y cómoda con compartimento para maletas. Excelente limpieza.

Cons:

Almohadas demasiado grandes y altas. Al haber 4 por cama podrían ser diferentes para que se pueda elegir.

Honeymoon gem
Pros:

We’ve come to Port on our honeymoon and it’s amazing. This hotel is fantastic and the staff are incredible. We left our bags before check in and when we got back to check in they had already sent them up for us. They helped us with restaurant reservations and when we had to come back to follow up something with another staff member they had already arranged it. Great communication and a beautiful hotel. The bar is beautiful and the bartender Mike is excellent. We feel like we’ve had our own masterclass with him, teaching us about mixology and the local drinks and history. So much knowledge and very interesting. We are still here and planning our next visit!

Se hacían un lío con las toallas y camas, en nuestro caso que íbamos con niños pequeños, siempre faltaban toallas, el primer día también las sábanas.

Un albergo in stile novecento nel centro di Porto
Pros:

Ottima posizione, albergo molto elegante e in stile primi del novecento. Buona colazione, con ampia varietà. Staff molto gentile.

Cons:

Stanza oggettivamente un po' piccola, la prima notte sul.soppalco dove è presente il letto faceva molto caldo. Segnalato il problema, hanno risolto e ci hanno lasciato un ventilatore per sicurezza.

Nos engañó el hotel.
Pros:

Nada, ya que no nos alojamos en este hotel aunque estaba pagado con anterioridad.
Nos trasladaron a otro hotel, alegando que se había estropeado el aire acondicionado asegurabdonos que noa devolverían el dinero.
A los dos días negaron su compromiso de devolución y nos dijeron que la razón del cambio era over booking.
El hotel sustituto cumplió a la perfección, pero la decisión del cambio fué impuesta sin mas.
De ahí mi valoración negativa a todo.
Uds. Debwn saber que estas practicas lesionan su imagen y reputación.
Soy un cliente que usa mucho booking.

Pros:

Desayuno excelente. Muy buena situación: céntrico, en una calle de todo comercios por lo que las noches tranquilos. El personal de recepción muy amable, con buenas recomendaciones.

Cons:

Almohadas mejorables. Era una habitación para 4 personas, y 2 de las almohadas muy duras.
