Please note that the half board meal plan will not be available on the 24th and 31st of December. During these days the Grande Hotel do Porto will provide special menus that should be reserved in advance.

Pros:

服務很好，會先介紹環境，再將行李送至房間。飯店早餐簡單好吃，餐廳很典雅，放古典音樂，氣氛超棒。整個飯店都很美，可以盡情拍照。地點很好，相當熱鬧，2月底折扣很大，很好逛。斜對面就是有名的Majestic Café，早上去人少好拍。從聖本篤車站過來，有一段斜坡，石頭路，行李箱不好推。

Cons:

房間沒有煮水壺，膠囊咖啡要付費，燈光太昏暗。

Très bel hôtel mais confort moyen de la chambre.

Très bel hôtel. Personnel au top.

Cons:

Chambre très petite avec vue sur un mur et surtout sur les souffleries de climatisation très bruyantes nous empêchant d'ouvrir la fenêtre.

The pillows were rock hard for my wife. I’m sure we could have got a softer one from housekeeping, but it was late.

Magnífica estancia en el corazón de Oporto.
Pros:

Hotel muy bonito con desayuno generoso (merece la pena) y sobre todo destacar la decoracion que es preciosa, ubicación y limpieza. Sin duda, totalmente recomendable. Nos encantó! En pleno corazón de Oporto. Todo cerca, andando.
Algunos comentarios dicen que el desayuno es poco variado pero pensamos que tiene todo lo necesario: infusiones, todo tipo de cafés y varios tipos de leches. Huevos, beans, bacon, huevos revueltos, embutidos, fruta, yogur, pasteles... Super recomendable!

Cons:

Nada. Aunque digan que el desayuno es poco variado a nosotros nos encantó. Muy bueno todo y el salón es espectacular, así como el personal y la limpieza. Nada en aspectos negativos. 100% recomendable.
